It also has a unique Chinese tea room. The house is in a 24hrs guarded community, very quiet. Across the community is a popular golf club. It is 5 minutes to market place(including more than a hundred stores and restaurants), 5 miutes to famouse Peter Canyon trail. It is 5 minutes to highway5 , 133 and 261. 15 minute to beach.
