The property was so clean, family friendly, and pet friendly. Lots of amenities and modern luxury upgrades. It’s rare to find somewhere in this area with this 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms which was also amazing when we were all getting ready at the same time. Backyard was the highlight where we spent most of our time.

We absolutely loved this property , space was immaculate and inviting . Check in was seamless , bathrooms fully stocked beds super comfy. We enjoyed the backyard , relaxed in the cowboy pool which was set at the perfect temp thanks to Lydia . Would most definitely stay here again !

The home was warm and inviting—truly a wonderful place to stay. We loved having three king-size beds and three full bathrooms, which made everything so comfortable and convenient. The patio and backyard were beautifully set up with great furniture and fun games to enjoy. The location was also perfect, just a short distance from the city. We had an amazing stay and thoroughly enjoyed every moment.

Five stars isn’t nearly high enough. The home is exquisite. The host takes great care of the guests. It’s the perfect place to relax and spend time with family. Whenever we’re in Austin, this will be our spot.

My friends and I stayed here for a bachelorette trip and had so much fun! The house was very neat and clean and had plenty of space for 8 girls. The host, Lydia, was great with communication and very friendly! The backyard was very nice and had plenty of fun activities to do. The house was also an easy distance to nightlife activities but a good enough distance away to not deal with riff raff and loud noises at night. Would recommend this stay to others and could see us booking it again in the future!

We are so glad we booked this home as it is a great location, a quiet neighborhood and the home itself is wonderful. The home is contemporary with all of the comforts of home. The backyard is great especially for kids with the cowboy pool, putting green and axe throwing game. Check in was a breeze and owner is very communicative and willing to assist with anything. Our family greatly enjoyed this stay and would book it again!

Our family was so impressed with this property. The house was very clean and modern. It had everything we needed! Cooking tools, big televisions, remotes, above audio for the living room. The backyard had plenty to do for the kids. It was calm and relaxing for the adults as well. The beds are super comfortable. Showers are amazing! Everything we needed was provided. Bath towels, wash clothes, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The owner's were quick to respond to any questions. Check in and out were very easy. I would just say make sure you have plenty of bug spray because those Texas mosquitoes will get you!

The neighborhood is peaceful and welcoming, with tree-lined streets and a relaxed Austin feel. What I enjoy most is how quiet and calming it is at home, yet you’re still very close to South Congress and Downtown. It’s the perfect blend of convenience and comfort — close to great restaurants, parks, and local spots, while still feeling like a private retreat.

The house itself is beautiful, plus the backyard was truly the star of the show. Between the cowboy pool, fire pit, mini golf green, corn hole, and spacious covered patio, there was something for everyone. All our guests were happy whether they were indoors or outdoors, and the large sliding glass doors made the celebration flow seamlessly between the two spaces.

Beyond the home itself, the neighborhood added to the experience—it’s peaceful, friendly, and close to some of Austin’s best local spots, making it easy for guests to explore and enjoy the area.
