Enjoy leisurely walks along beautiful Pleasant Point, campfires, BBQ's, cycling, swimming, fishing, day trips to quaint Bobcaygeon for lunch or dinner, shopping for shoes at famous Bigleys. Close to a major centre, Lindsay (10 Minute drive). Take-In a dinner/theatre event or maybe a concert in Lindsay. Check out one of the Lift locks in Lindsay, Bobcaygeon or Fenelon Falls. Hike and Bird watch at Ken Reid Conservation Area, watch a Drive-In movie or just relax at the water with a good book, its all here.
The Kawarthas, Sturgeon Lake
Located in the waterfront community of Pleasant Point, steps from the Lake. Public boat launch down the lane. Theatres, restaurants and golf a short drive away.
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. Quaint cottage with appeal

This quaint little cottage has everything you need. If your looking for a quick getaway this is your spot. Beautiful basket of goodies to welcome us , the s’mores were a hit😀 Everything was taken into consideration, to gluten free pancake mix and syrup. The water is a short walk away, down its little path with wonderful sunsets. I will say it does get a bit rough around the dock as all the waves seem to accumulate. We had a great time splashing around. My grand daughter loved splashing around . Water shoes a must and it is not a beach front ( no sand). I loved it and would return. Thank you to the hostess and host for everything!

Little Gem in the Woods

On arrival we had no issues getting access into the cottage. We were pleasantly surprised with a warm welcome card and welcome groceries, this was a perfect little touch to our start. The cottage was clean, all needed amenities were available. Perfect porch to get away from those pesty mosquitos, however they weren't that bad at all. hooked up with TV and internet with no issues. It was a lovely spot for relatation, and close to the water. Neighbors were very nice and welcoming. There was enough firewood to get us started, found more wood right beside the correctional center, (jail) very cheap. Thank you so much for the use of this little gem in the woods, best place for some R&R. We would highly recommend this cottage for a getaway at such a reasonable price. 1 recommendation would be a new toaster, only 1 side worked.... but no biggie, we managed just fine. thank you again P & B

character cottage

Cottage was cute and had lots of character. The host made check in easy and left some nice touches. Cottage would not be good for young kids due to swim access. The water at the Cottage also had a very strong Sulphur smell both hot and cold. We did enjoy our stay and made some nice memories. Thank you

It was a great stay at Scott's cottage. Great location and great weather. Great communication.

I would recommend this cottage. The area and neighbors were fantastic. The cottage had everything we needed. Would definately return. Thank you for the stay
