The apartment has 3 bedrooms, is spacious, fresh and with Mexican design. The master bedroom has a king size bed, bathroom, closet and TV. The second bedroom has a double bed and closet. The third bedroom has a king size bed. A full bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms and the common areas.
The kitchen is fully equipped. The dining room is for 4 and the living room has two comfortable sofas and a TV with cable. The apartment has a big terrace with a view of the marina, ideal for an outdoor breakfast and sunbathing.
Air conditioner is installed in all the bedrooms as well as in the common areas. TV cable, telephone and internet are included.
The complex offer security and reception 24/7. The common areas have a heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi, two palapas, pinpong tables, a children's play area and a library. Also, the complex has private parking with security 24/7.
