Also, If you see dates available in the calendar but can't book because of the standard minimum night requirement, we can override that once you reach out to us and we come to an agreement.

Important June 2020 Update: We include the departure cleaning fee in our rate but Mexico has dramatically changed the Tax situation. VRBO will charge us 16% for a VAT Tax plus 3% for a Mexican Lodging Tax.

Mexico also charges us, the Owner, an Income Tax of 20%, so we don't have any flexibility for one off discounts.

Discount: 3% off 7 Nights or More & 10% off 28 Nights or More.

Deposit Choices: VRBO will ask you to purchase a non-refundable property insurance policy (One Time $59 US) or you can select a (One-Time $1500 US ) deposit that is refunded post checkout once our Puerto Vallarta based Manager, Carmen, provides us a report of the condominium post departure.

Direct Rentals: Fiona Jones, Puerto Vallarta based "Luxury Beach Real Estate", our realtor will work with you on the terms of the refundable security deposit and Credit Cards accepted for rental with a 3% fee. In most cases, the refundable security / damage deposit is $350 -$500 USD once your flight arrangements have been secured and provided.

Maximum Guests: Our condo is a great size unit but only available for 2 adults /2 children or 3 adults max because of the furniture in the bedrooms. We have 1 Queen Bed in the Primary Bedroom & 1 Full Size in the en-suite Bedroom.

Our luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath beachfront Icon unit is an amazing value compared to hotels in Puerto Vallarta Hotel Zone. Part of the Philippe Starck designed Icon Vallarta property - featuring all the amenities you would expect from a high end resort. With a private beach and beach club, on-site dining, 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, chandelier lit gym, child care, spa, lush grounds, theater, and business center - it has everything you need. The Icon is unique among buildings in Puerto Vallarta with its amazing architecture and decor.

Our condominium embraces the Philippe Starck design aesthetic and offers floor to ceiling glass sliding doors in the living area that extend the living experience onto the wrap around deck. Enjoy the beach and ocean views from every room.

Housekeeping On Demand: Complete: $28.00 US and Refresh: $16.00 US per visit.

Beautiful property, gorgeous sunsets

The Icon and Casa Leo were fabulous. It was great to have a restaurant, bar, and spa on site. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The condo was very comfortable, with a fantastic view of the beach, pool, and Marina. I will stay here again next visit.

Immaculate Beautifully Furnished Condo

Outstanding, clean and fully equipped condo with all the comforts of an upscale comfortable home. Safe, secure and and enjoyable for Family or great getaway for two with the best restaurants in the City. Ownership is quick to respond and the staff is helpful and professional. one of the best VRBO experiences we've ever had. PV is an excellent is a beautiful City and the locals are kind and gracious. We are definitely coming back here. .

LOVE THIS PROPERTY

My girlfriend and I had a terrific time. The condo was amazing. Perfect location, private beach area and grocery stores nearby. The pictures posted are very accurate. The condo was equipped with all the items you could possibly need. Larry owner and Fiona the property manager responded immediately to questions and I appreciated all of there help. The staff at Icon Vallarta are top notch. Especially the concierge service Tower 1. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family

Everything was as expected the staff and check in team were great. Everything needed was there and towels and linens were nice and fresh. The only issue from the experience that was negative at no fault of owner, was they were remodeling condo below. The noise was fine but the dust came in from there sanding and made a mess. We should have been notified by Icon staff to close windows on those days. Great views and people made that little inconvenience easy to tolerate. Will definitely go back. Thanks again for letting us use your beautiful home. Clay

Breathtaking views..

We had a wonderful time in your beautiful Condo. We could not have asked for a more perfect setup. We found everything we needed to make our stay right at our fingertips. Carmen checked us in with great ease and was readily available to answer all our questions. The concereige was also very helpful. We even tried our luck at the casino which was a short walk away. We found everything we needed at Sorianos grocery store which was also within walking distance. The beachbar and restaurant staff were awesome. They treated us like family. Especially Jose Luis , Eduardo and Hector. The comfort and care of your beautiful Condo has certainly made us feel like coming back next year. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. Best Ocean View

The apartment was more than I could have imagined. The clean, minimal and classy decore was very appealing to my design sensibility. The kitchen was well equipped. I was able to spend a lot of my time on the balcony which is in shade for most of the day. The sunsets were amazing and with a glass of Prosecco, it was heaven. Other plus features are that Larry and Leo have a least 5 vases so I was able to get some lovely flowers at the Old Town market. I find that in most rentals, these kinds of items are not available. So, without feeling that I was invading someones home with all of their personal items surrounding me, I had all of the luxuries that I needed to make my stay special. Larry, the property owner was in constant contact with me and that was comforting. I am definitely renting this apartment next year for a longer stay. Thank you, Larry

Icon vallarta. .. very enjoyable

The Icon is a very nice building, has 2 pools and has great views of the bay. We enjoyed our stay very much. Restaurants close by or a short cab/bus ride into town where the choices are endless. Would highly recommend this place. And the owners are fabulous, they even reached out after a week to make sure all was well.

Beautiful condo and location

This condo was absolutely perfect for our stay in Puerto Vallarta- you could not get better views, and the huge balcony felt like an extension of the living room. We left the sliding doors open most of the trip to hear the ocean, and it was perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks. The apartment was modern, spacious, well-appointed and very comfortable. The pools, hot tubs, and beach area exceeded our expectations as well. Even though we were there at a peak holiday time it never felt too crowded or busy. The cabanas were our favorite place to watch sunsets, and the beach bar had delicious piña coladas! If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay in the hotel zone this is it. The owners, management team, concierge staff and restaurant/bar staff were all very attentive and accommodating. Bring a pair of binoculars both for ocean viewing and to get a closer view of the Hilton entertainment next door. Carol, Roland, and Kyla

Icon is short for Iconic Views! Great location!

The 17th floor is just about perfect for seeing the ocean and the cruise ships in the harbor. You can sit for hours just watching out the massive sliding glass doors, that almost remove an entire wall. The condo was clean, and very well appointed. We needed nothing during our stay. Soriano's grocery is a block away, ask at the desk for the shortcut! We made breakfast each morning, ate lunch at the pool, and went to town for dinner. The only drawback was the service level at the pool. You have to buy an IconCard, load in with pesos, with no refund at end of stay. Then wait patiently looking for a waiter to take your order. They bring drinks right away, but food takes time... by they time you get food your drink is empty... No outside food is allowed at pool. the beach is right there! They have a roped off area to keep the beach sales teams away from you.

Noisy & uncooperative

While the condo unit was perfect the construction was ear shattering & the stance of NO REFUNDS on prepaid Icon card charges was shocking & wrong by any standard. Luggage was also an issue, our 2 carry-on bags were not allowed to be left near the concierge or anywhere visible on the property, since checkout is 11 & most flights north are evening this was an issue that shouldn't be. Disappointing!

Lovely views, comfortable apartment

We enjoyed our first time stay at Icon this season, so much so that we're coming back next season to this apartment! The owner is caring and attentive, making sure that individual needs or problems are quickly given attention. Perhaps a few updates are in order but that doesn't diminish the overall good feeling we had living in this apartment for 6 weeks. It was terrific! Thank you Larry and Leo!

We stayed here December 26-January 2. Great condo with fabulous views! Very nice complex with several workers keeping the grounds clean. Nice heated pool and three hot tubs. Condo itself looks exactly like pictures and is very clean. Grocery store is 2 minute walk. Easy cab ride to marina (Sonora grille is a great restaurant at marina). Clean beach. Lots of chairs at beach and at pool. We would come back again!

What a pleasure to Come to Casa Léo...and its openness to nature, The living-room are distributed in a praticable and friendly way. The appartment is well décorated and up to date. Great condo!

This area in Puerto Vallarta, the Hotel Zone, is our favorite. Close to the beach and beautiful views of the ocean and the surrounding mountains and close to the downtown Malecon area. Larry's Casa Leo condo was the perfect location. Wonderful view, very clean and well appointed. The staff at Icon Vallarta was friendly and very helpful. Couldn't ask for a better experience for a wonderful vacation!

What more do you need!

My friend and I were guests at his amazing home 5 years ago. It was as wonderful as I had remembered it. It is about a 10-minute cab ride from the airport. Super convenient. After settling in on the 17th floor, we took in the wonderful view and enjoyed all the Philippe Starck appointments in the home. We took a quick 10-minute walk off the main street there to a new retail center with lots of dinning choices. Upon recommendation, we picked Porfirio’s. It was a bit pricey, but the service and the food were exceptional. Very creative mixologist at the bar. It probably didn’t hurt that it was off season in Vallarta. We were poolside the following day after sleeping late and catching up on our urban sleep deprivation. For dinner that night we went into the “romantic zone” in old town for another amazing dinner at the casual El Arrayan. Once again, friendly hospitable service. The next day the Icon beach bar bartender instructed me on how to make the homemade dried chipotle chili paste that I had described and fell in love with from the night before! I can’t wait to make at home and put on some sea food. We had planned to rent a car that day and go visit several of the surfing villages up north… Patty wanted to take a swim first before departing…. Well, we never made it out of the pool area and spent the whole day there catered to by the staff. We each had a 1-hour beachside massage. Our last day being a short one… we decided not to ruin a good thing and stayed the morning at the pool. Next time we’ll stay a few days longer to explore more of the local sites! Thanks Larry and Leo! Such and easy and relaxing vacay. We loved It!

Beautiful Oceanfront views from the 17th floor! The owners did a great job forwarding a printed book with dining & sight seeing recommendations as well as great information on how to get around, etc. We will definitely be back!
