Master bedroom has French doors opening to the pool and hot tub area. Private bathroom with enclosed toilet area and spacious tiled tub and shower room. Large Cal King bed , smart tv and wood ceiling fan. Two guest bedrooms offer brand new queen size beds , large windows beach cottage, farmhouse style decor. One of our guest bedroom has sliding glass doors that exit to a private deck and sofa area. The living room, kitchen and fireplace area are all interconnected and offer beautiful natural light through the beautiful white shutters. Beautiful newly remodeled kitchen with large walnut island. Plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to relax and entertain.

🏡 House Rules & Property Information

🛑 General Rules
• Guests must be at least 25 years old to book
• No parties or events allowed
• No smoking inside the property
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, including loud voices and music (per city ordinance)
• Only registered guests allowed – no unauthorized visitors
• Booking guest must provide a valid photo ID before check-in
• All guests must be registered, including minors (with ages) – this is required for compliance and rental agreement

• Trash Collection: Every Monday
• Street Sweeping: 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month
• Pool Maintenance: Every Wednesday

🐶 Pet Policy
• $100 per dog per stay (maximum of 2 dogs)
• All pets must be pre-approved, with pet fees paid before arrival
• Pets must be house-trained, stay off furniture, and out of the hot tub
• Unauthorized pet fee: $500
• Cats and other pets are not allowed


🏊 Pool & Hot Tub Guidelines

For your safety, health, and the cleanliness of our facilities:
• Shower before and after using the pool or hot tub
• No pets in or near the pool and hot tub
• No alcohol or glass near the pool and hot tub
• Do not stand or sit on the hot tub cover
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Do not add hot water from the stove — this will damage the hot tub
• Secure the hot tub cover after use
• The pool and hot tub contain water-sanitizing chemicals . Sensitive skin, eyes, or respiratory systems may experience mild irritation. If you have allergies, skin conditions, are pregnant, or have other health concerns, please consult a doctor before use.

⚠️ If the hot tub is left in poor condition (excess dirt, sand, or debris), an additional cleaning fee may apply.

• Pool & Hot Tub: No lifeguard on duty. Use with caution.
• Bicycles: Use safely and responsibly. Helmets are recommended.
• Workout Equipment: Use at your own risk. Consult your doctor before exercising.

🎶 Noise, Music & Party Policy
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Loud music, parties, or excessive noise that may disturb neighbors is strictly prohibited at all times.
• No parties or events are allowed on the property.
• Music may be played outdoors but must be kept at a respectful volume and never disturb neighbors.
• Please note that any violation of our house rules, including noise complaints from neighbors, may result in immediate termination of your stay with no refund

• Ring camera at the front entry door
• Camera above the garage, facing driveway and street
• Camera at the rear master bedroom door, facing the pool area
