Our properties are situated in Anton Lubowski Street on the edge of the historical Swakopmund town centre. The advantages of this neighborhood are the direct access to the town centre, with shops, restaurants, bars, entertainment being only few minutes walk away; the quietness and peacefulness of our street; and our area being one of the most safe and secure in Swakopmund and Namibia as a whole. Perfect to explore on foot, by bicycle or by taxi for those late nights.
There are numerous quality surf breaks within a few kilometers and Swakopmund and the famous Namib sand dunes adjacent to the town are also accessible by foot 15-20 minutes walk away.
