You and your family can expect very clean home free of smells and old carpet feeling. PLEASE READ ALL
Located in the heart of Pensacola, this property has been newly renovated and it has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, living room, dining room, spacious kitchen and a beautiful backyard.

This home is close to the two main hospitals in the city Sacred Heart Hospital and West Florida Hospital, which makes it ideal for flying nurses and medical personnel traveling for work.

Close to the mall and shopping centers and many great restaurants nearby.

Close to beautiful Pensacola beaches and only and 10 minutes to the Pensacola Bay Center and very close to downtown Pensacola where you are going to enjoy as it's a different atmosphere.
Pensacola is also home to the historical famous Naval Base and Blue Angels!
We encourage our guest to read all descriptions and most important the rules. - We have camera in use outside premises. - Home is ONLY for the “guest” staying at our home no one else is to be at the property. - Main guest that made reservation must stay at property during the duration of reservation.
- Please we will appreciate as we want you to have a great experience. - AC will stay the lowest to 73F and Heat at 71F.
- Note: we do charge $100 per person for unannounced or last minute changes. - One last thing to all involved specially parents to do not allow anyone eating or snaking on bedrooms as we strive for a clean environmentfor each one of our guest. - Last but not least with recent increases on our powet bill we feel necessary to be clear Electric Car are not allow to be pug in our home, we can help you find the closest charge stations.

Perfect affordable house for family beach trip!

I enjoyed the location, coziness and price point for this home! My family and I got a week on the beach and watching the Blue Angels for a quarter of the cost of other options. Yeti was kind and extremely responsive. Neighbor was safe and under 30 minutes from the beach!

We very much enjoyed our stay! Yelli is a kind and responsive host! The house is comfortable and conveniently located for travel to Pensacola. We were visiting family in Navarre and nothing was too far to drive. The yard was great for our kids to play. Everything was clean and very beautiful!

Great location and clean place!

We've had multiple stays at this property and with this property manager, Yeli, who is a great host! Enjoyed watching the birds and squirrels outside the back door!

Do not stay here

If I could give zero stars, I would. I rent properties frequently due to work travel and have never experienced a situation like this. Be very cautious with this property — the owner is extremely difficult to deal with.I arrived just a few minutes before the official check-in time and waited outside the property. While I was waiting, the owner messaged me in an upset tone, insisting I was not allowed anywhere near the property before check-in. On my last day (Day 4), I left the property at 7 a.m., even though checkout wasn’t until 11. Despite this, I kept getting messages from her asking when I would be leaving. I was driving from Florida to Georgia and didn’t have time to reply right away — which she found offensive and claimed I was being rude.She accused us of clogging the sink and disposal, though the disposal didn’t work from the start. She also sent a photo complaining about one dirty dish and was upset we didn’t strip the bed — even though we made it neatly before leaving. Then she falsely claimed we broke the front door handle, which absolutely did not happen.This host is not honest and seems to take advantage of guests. Unless you want to risk being hit with an unexpected 400 bill, I strongly recommend avoiding this property.

Outstanding!

Absolutely a great VRBO. We stayed here as refugees from Milton, and the well-decorated home, Pensacola in general, and Yeli in particular made this almost a vacation. We cannot say enough good things about Yeli -- takes excellent care of her property, cares about the well-being of her renters, and is just one of those rare people who is a genuine pleasure to know.

Enjoyed the property, great location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Yeli's listing is accurate and they are super prompt in responding. The location is 5-7 min from cordova mall and all major food and restaurants chains are in and around the area. we found it to be a safe neighborhood. the house was super clean with a well equipped kitchen. we would not hesitate to stay here again!! Thanks!

Great!

Our group stayed for a week to tour the area. It was a perfect location for shopping and visiting. I rated 4 stars instead of 5 because we couldn’t access the washer and dryer even though they were listed as amenities. Also, the top comforters on each bed had questionable stains on them; they did not look cleaned. Other than the two issues I mentioned and another issue with booking, our group really enjoyed our stay at this house.

Quiet neighborhood/great location

A quick 20min drive from downtown Pensacola and 25 min to the beach. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. Surrounded by several parks with walking trails and playgrounds. The property had the perfect backyard for morning coffee or an evening of bbq and relaxing. The house itself was great for us. Just enough space and amenities like WiFi and washer and driver and a full kitchen. We had everything we needed to cook and share meals as a family. Very easy check in and check out processes. Host was so easy to reach and has a great attitude. I highly recommend this property for families with or without kids.

Family Trip

I stayed here on a family trip with my adult daughter and three teenage nieces. The home is exactly as pictured. It was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is located in a safe neighborhood that is close to many attractions. Yeli and her husband were excellent hosts! We would absolutely stay here again!
