My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this place. The place was spacious and clean. The golf cart was very convenient for the very short trip down to the beach. Communication was very prompt and would certainly stay here again.

We had a great stay in a very nice and clean place. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and a golf cart to use at the beach. Within a short drive, there are plenty of restaurants in Mexico Beach and St. Joe. Look forward to staying here again in the near future.

Very clean, easily accessible home with lots of space. We loved that they had extra chairs, toys and umbrellas so we had room to pack other things. The community was beautiful. The communication with the owners was fantastic. Our family had a hiccup on our end and the owners were very helpful and understanding which put ease on the rest of our vacation. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

Beautiful and spacious house. The Windmark community is not crowded at all. Almost no one on the beach, the pools were clean and beautiful and we almost had the whole place to ourselves. The golf cart was an amazing touch getting around the community to the pool, splash pad, playground and parking right on the beach boardwalks. The only thing I will mention - I would bring your own pans to cook, those were very worn. I love reviews about the bed situation, so I will add that all the beds are FIRM. Everything was very new and luxurious- TVs, furniture, fast golf cart, giant kitchen island! You’re also a 5-10 min car ride from downtown port st Joe and downtown Mexico beach for restaurant options. We will absolutely be back.
