We had a precious, memory-making time at Hawthorne! Penny was a wonderful host and took great care to make sure we were comfortable! We had an amazing time fishing and catching some huge catfish off the dock! It’s a vigorous walk down and back up so be prepared- but you’ll get to see tons of wildlife- a small herd of deer, lots of cute and fuzzy groundhogs, and birds singing out tha wazoo.

The host was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The house was very nice and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I would recommend it to everyone. The kitchen is very modern and there is a lot of space inside and outside the house. I would definitely stay there again.It’s close to shopping without being in the middle of traffic
