To access the apartment, you will first open an outer door, and then you will find the entrance to your private apartment. The building has a classic charm, as it is an older structure, and there are other apartments on the same floor.
Fully equipped with modern appliances and thoughtfully designed furnishings, the apartment provides everything needed for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Guest Registration & Identification
• Mandatory ID Submission: All guests must provide a valid government-issued ID or passport prior to check-in to comply with local regulations and any guest should be pre submitt the ID of it before arrival
• Marriage Documentation for Arab Nationals: Arab nationals or Arabic passport holders must present an official marriage certificate or family card (for GCC citizens). Unofficial documents, such as “Orfi” contracts, are not accepted under Egyptian law.

There are no unregistered visitors allowed within the property. Visits must be noted to Spacey`s representatives 24h in advance with IDs submitted.
Visitors of other gender must be of 1st or 2nd degree with couples policy applying.

• Complimentary Weekly Cleaning: For stays of 7 days or more, a free weekly housekeeping service is provided to maintain cleanliness and comfort.
• On-Demand Cleaning: Additional cleaning services are available upon request between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM with extra charge 10$.
