Fully remodeled in 2025 with new laminate flooring, fresh paint, and updated furnishings, this spacious ground-floor end unit offers nearly 1,400 square feet of bright, airy living. Extra side windows near the dining area fill the space with natural light, and ceiling fans in every room keep things comfortable year-round.



New décor flows throughout, from granite kitchen countertops to stylish dining and living room furnishings, with tile flooring in the foyer, kitchen, and bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and everything you need to prepare a family meal, with seating for 5 at the dining table and 3 more at the breakfast bar. The living room offers a new sofa, two reclining chairs, and a 50" smart TV, plus access to the screened-in rear patio — the perfect bug-free spot to relax and take in the peaceful pond view.



The main bedroom features a king bed, 42" smart TV, and a private full bath with a garden tub and shower combo. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third has twin beds — each with its own smart TV and ceiling fan.



Enjoy the Willow Bend community pool just steps away, plus access to the North Tower Resort pool by the marina — famously the largest outdoor pool in South Carolina! Barefoot Landing's vibrant waterfront complex offers over 100 shops and restaurants, live shows at The Alabama Theatre and House of Blues, watersport rentals, weekly summer concerts, and fireworks displays. Golfers will love access to four championship courses throughout the resort.



The beach is about 2 miles away — hop on the free seasonal Barefoot Shuttle (May–September) to get there, to the North Tower Resort Pool, or to Barefoot Landing's shopping district, with no parking hassles.

One week prior to the reservation booking, we were transferred to another property due to maintenance in the original unit (the one pictured is NOT where we stayed). While the other unit was larger and had plenty of room for us, the unit was not very up to date (circa late 1990s). It was clean enough for our short stay, but if this had been our location for a full week, I would have requested a refund.The half bathroom sink on the first floor and upstairs in the 2nd bath did not drain well, I had to use my fingernail to pry the sink stopper up. The rugs on the first floor were a tripping hazard (extremely flimsy & meant for outdoor). Some outlets in the kitchen were not working, which was discovered after we tried to charge a few things overnight. Mattresses were not comfortable, but again for our short stay, we made it work. Overall, would have liked the ability to decide to move to this alternative unit or just cancel and find another unit all together. The property we ended up saying in was not one that I would have booked on my own.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay here was too far from all the fun. Also you need a to ensure you have a rental car because to Uber or Lyft was a little pricey. This place wasn’t geared towards kids. The shuttle was cool to get to the beach.

Decent stay but definitely needs some updating

The condo needs some work for sure. Stains on carpet and walls. Remote for the was broken. There was a leak by one of the bathrooms that did not get repaired. Someone came out and put a mat on the wet carpet but the water eventually went through onto mat. I think if the owner fixed the leak, put a fresh coat of paint, and replaced the stained carpet, it would be a much nicer place.

Perfect getaway

Beautiful complex. Close to pool. Had one minor issue that was addressed promptly. Big place for the 7 of us and ground floor, perfect for all the in and out we did. Would definitely stay here again.

ODVR, the management company made everything easy from beginning to end and the office staff was always a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this condo to my family and friends. OMG please please please read the reviews before booking from these online vacation sites the pictures look enticing and only show you what they want you to see This Condo was terrible terrible terrible The unit was not clean at all when we arrived from our 10 hour drive for our week long stay. I called the rental office as soon as we got into the unit an noticed the conditions they offered to send somebody back out to clean again but what good would that have done when they said that the cleaners was still in the unit while we were checking in then we get to the unit and there’s food on the kitchen counters, carpets dirty the wall are dirty there was white stuff on the blankets of two of the beds an I hate to even think what the “white stuff” was we had to go to the Walmart an buy blankets and the beds were so bad after sleeping on the king bed for a week I need to see a chiropractor no joke the beds are very uncomfortable!! There also was Dirty underwear behind the dressers in two of the rooms, lord knows how long they have been there we couldn’t even use the tv in the middle bedroom because there was no service hooked up to it which we found out once the maintenance man came an brought a whole new tv there was poop on one of the toilets the toilets were very unsanitary the refrigerator took 3 days to get cold , they told use at check in that the renters before us left it open there was dirty pans with crusty food in the oven needless to say my mom my 4 girls and myself ended up cleaning the unit and I did let the manager know that I will be leaving this review mannnnnn they are soooo lucky I can’t put pictures on here because I promise you I would put every last one yes I took a lot of pictures and video recording before and afters for the record and by the way the manager was not very helpful at all when I addressed my concerns to him about this unit he was very nonchalant and did do anything to fix the situation we paid a lot of money to rent this condo for a week and I would not recommend this vacation property to anyone it’s a waste of money!

Awesome experience

Everything went wrong from the beginning of our trip. Our rental car was given to another family, we left at a later time than scheduled, traffic was horrible so I thought for sure something was going to go wrong with where we were staying. WRONG! Check in, even though it was after hours, was super easy. Communication between the property manager and I was smooth, and the place was quiet, relaxing and very clean.

So very disappointed

I was very disappointed with this experience. I have stayed at other condos at Barefoot resort and each time had a lovely experience. There were cobwebs on the ceiling fans and corners of the ceiling. Bugs had been smashed on the wall in the dining room. The trim is coming off the counter behind the kitchen faucet. No dish towels or dish rags. Scuffs and black marks all over the walls. Beware, you will be charged an additional $300 upon checking in. I was told I would receive a check back for it when we checked out. Upon checking out I was told that I will receive it in the mail. The rental f this unit is not handled by the condo owner. So very disappointing.

Great place in a great area!

We had a great trip and really have no major complaints. The place was nice and exactly as advertised. The TV was a bit of a hassle, but I think that was mostly the brand of TV (not a bad brand just not one I've owned before). It was clean other an a couple of stains we were warned about at check-in. We didn't realize the air wasn't working right in the room with the two twin beds. I thought someone before us had closed the vent, but that wasn't the issue. It never really cooled that room like it should have. Overall, it was a great trip.

The property is quite nice except for the following: carpet needs to be spot cleaned, some walls need to be touched up, the dishwasher, washer, and dryer are very loud, and the furniture sits very low (too low) and is on the small side. However, it is very spacious and is a nice place to stay. The items listed are all minor but noticeable.

My beach trip

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Absolutely gorgeous!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have zero complaints. The condo is gorgeous with a great view from the screened in patio to a beautiful lake. The owners have games and books to keep you occupied on a rainy day. My children never wanted to leave!!

Thank you for that stellar review. The owner will be delighted that your vacation was extra special while staying at their Willow Bend condo. Glad to hear that the children were content when the weather would not cooperate for a beach day. In general, the BareFoot Resort Communities do offer plenty to do on a rainy day -- from shopping and dining to kids entertainment venues -- all within minutes from your door. Our Winter Stay In Myrtle Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife & I have been coming to Myrtle Beach for the past 20 years and this is the second time that we have stayed in this unit. Hopefully, this will be the only unit that we will stay in the future. We love looking out the back at the pine trees and the lake. It reminds us of the Poconos back home. It is a very comfortable unit with big flat screen TV's in the living room as well as all three bedrooms. When we went into the unit we felt as though the carpets could use a cleaning and one day after I told the Vacation Rental staff they had a professional carpet cleaning company out to clean the carpets. This was especially good for me because I have many allergies and because of this cleaning this was the best winter I have ever had in Myrtle Beach health wise. This is a great area to stay with lots to do and see. There are many golf courses in the area and more restaurants that you can possibly visit. I would highly recommend both this unit as well as Vacation Rentals to any one that wants to stay in the Myrtle Beach area.

This is the best recommendation we could have asked for and the owner will be delighted, too. You have been a wonderful winter guest and we look forward to many more of your visits. We do take the cleanliness of our units very seriously, so we are very glad that the carpet cleaning made a difference in how much you were able to enjoy yourself. You are right about what a great little beach town we have here in North Myrtle Beach and hope more folks will come to explore for themselves.
