You'll be just a few minutes away from Uptown surrounded by top-notch restaurants, sports arenas, art districts, and all the best spots for foodies.The laundry room has a washer and a dryer. Absolutely beautiful home. The renovations done are wonderful. Communication with the host was great and very attentive and quick to reply. Love the fact that they installed out security cameras and the fenced in backyard was amazing. Will definitely book again when we visit the area.

Location was about 3 miles from my concert venue. Host was very responsive. The property to me is in a questionable neighborhood but, the property is well maintained. The house did not have TP which was not a big deal but I did have to purchase my own. My overall experience was good house was well maintained nice house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

House look clean but floors needed mopping. My grand baby socks were filthy from walking on the floor. The host was wonderful. We asked to be let in early and they were more then willing to let us. They responded in a timely manner but we couldn't wait to go to the bathroom so we went to the store to use the bathroom.

House look very nice and clean. The floors were not mopped. My grandbaby was running around in her socks and it was filthy. We could not find a mop or broom. There is a no smoking or vape that we didnt know about until we got there which was fine but the neighbors sure smoked a lot of weed on one side and the dog barked at night on the other side. The host was wonderful. We arrived a little early and asked for early check in to use bathroom, but had to leave to find one. They did reply back that it was ok but we couldnt wait and had already left. I would stay here again though.

This was, without question, one of the most unsafe and disturbing stays I have ever experienced. If you value your safety even slightly, do not stay at this property. The home is located in an extremely sketchy neighborhood with constant, questionable activity happening at all hours, especially late at night. From the moment we arrived, it was clear something was not right. To make matters worse, the house itself was not properly secured. Windows were left unlocked, and one was even missing a screen entirely. There was no indication the property had been checked or prepared with guest safety in mind. What happened that night made the situation truly alarming. The moment we arrived back at the house (close to 11pm) a car parked across the street and shined its headlights directly into the house for over 30 minutes. Shortly after, another vehicle pulled up directly in front of the home. A man dressed entirely in black, along with two others, lingered around the car and its trunk for several minutes. At that point, we genuinely feared for our safety and felt we had no choice but to leave in the middle of the night. It is clear this home is known as an VRBO in the neighborhood and is an easy target. The most unacceptable part was the owner’s complete lack of response and concern. There was no urgency or accountability when we reached out. When they did respond it was a snarky remark. This place is not just disappointing, it feels unsafe. Stay somewhere else.

Although the house was completely renovated and in great condition, it's hard to overlook the place being not cleaned well when we arrived.The bathroom had not been mopped around the toilet.One bed did not even have a fitted sheet on the bed. We found one in the closet but couldn't verify if it was clean or not. The location is in a less than desirable neighborhood.

The experience was terrible, were ghosted by the hosts. 6 am left a message asking for early check in and stated I was looking for check in information. Drove from Virgina and arrived at 1:30 tried again to get in touch. Went and got food came back sat in front of the house till 3:00 check in still not able to get in touch with host. Waited till 3:30 called VRBO they couldn’t get host after several tries. VRBO canceled the reservation and tried to find accommodations. No VRBO available for all three nights so they found 2 hotel rooms for one night. Our friends were concerned about the 5 hour gap between hotel and new VRBO so they got their own place for 2 nights. What should have been a fun girly trip turned into a disaster.
