This historic second-floor loft has 2 bedrooms, 1 full, sunny bath with a shower, and a kitchen/great room combination. There is also an adorable coffee nook/library at the top of the stairs.
Bedroom 1 - 1 King bed and a sitting area with a pull-out futon and Smart TV
Bedroom 2 - 1 full bed and Smart TV. (The washer and dryer are also in this space.)
Bath - Modern with tiled shower and skylight. Full of natural light.
Kitchen/Great Room - Stainless appliances. Dishwasher and farmhouse sink. Fully stocked with dishes. Large island with three barstools. Fireplace (not functioning) Sofa and chairs. Smart TV. Amazing view of the iconic Blue Building.
Please note: Fireplaces are not functional. They are aesthetic only.
