I would highly recommend using them!

Great group to deal with. Had one small issue and it was rectified immediately. I would highly recommend using them and staying where we stayed. Beautiful location.

The view is the star of the show with this rental. Love that there is a front and a back deck to watch sunrises and sunsets. Clean, well appointed. There were more than enough trash bags, soaps, laundry pods and toiletries for the four days we were there. We called the property management company when we arrived because a recent heavy rain was causing the roof the leak. They called the condo HOA and someone was there the following day to fix the leak. Great service. The beds were premium and we slept well while there.

Wonderful Stay!

Our stay at Pelican cove was wonderful. The condo was well stocked with everything you need. The kitchen, bathrooms large walk-in closet, laundry were more than accommodating. There was plenty of beach equipment and the location and view of Cortez Beach was excellent. The only negative was we didn't know about the four flights of stairs. Both of us in our 70's had a struggle taking luggage up and down but our neighbor was a willing helper. We definitely recommend it.
