New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

You can thank your lucky shores for finding this beautiful beachfront townhome! Situated right on the sand at the northernmost tip of Topsail Beach, this ocean-view retreat will have you stepping into pure beachfront bliss immediately upon arrival. The stilted, two-story interior comes fully furnished for contemporary family comfort, while the private deck offers a prime vantage point for soaking in the views while enjoying leisurely outdoor living. The full kitchen is ready and equipped to help you throw together a beach picnic or prepare home-cooked meals. In the evenings, unwind in front of the living room TV or bust out the board games for some old-school family fun. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. There's also an outdoor shower so you can rinse off sandy feet and beach gear before heading inside.

The parking area is sand and can sometimes be thick; 4 Wheel Drive is required.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

We stayed in this home in July 2026. You need 4-wheel drive to get in and out of the driveway. We had 2 all-wheel drive vehicles and had to dig out on 3 occasions. The beach is nice, the tide comes in and under the house. Fun and exciting. Lots of stairs. Lots of sand (inside and outside). Not sure if roaches are a normal part of living in this area, but not normal for us. Roach hotels all over the house. All in all it was a good stay, the stress of possible getting stuck again was unnecessary for a vacation home. We will not return. Depending on your comfort level, this home was below average for us. I would skip it. We now understand why a house directly on the beach was in our price range.

The house itself was great for the 6 of us. However, the cockroaches in the home were not something we would of expected out of this type of home. Also, the torn up and shredded sandbags in front of the home were not just an eye sore, but at both high and low tides they presented a very serious tripping hazard not only for the adults, but for the two young grandchildren. The very broke support cross bar under the long deck was concerning as well as the sharp end from one of the broken peices of wood, which someone had stuck a baby sock on the end of it so if someone ran into it, they might not get hurt as bad.I would not rent this house again just for the things mentioned above. If those items were addressed and corrected, this house would of gotten a 5 star review from me.The beach at low tide past the shredded sandbags was awesome for my 2 grandkids. There is a little lagoon that forms between the sandbar and the beach which make for a great place for little kids to play in the water without worrying about large waves coming in.Although the family in general had a nice time, a few improvements to the property and an exterminator is needed.Lee EasterdayStayed 2026

Beautiful house and Beach!

The house was really beautiful with lots of room. The kitchen was very well stocked. The house set right on the beach. We really loved that we were able to sit under the house out of the sun to play in the sand with our grandchildren. The glass railing was an absolute bonus, it gave you unobstructed view of the beautiful ocean. The beach is absolutely stunning. The area was so quiet and not crowded. It was an absolutely perfect week with our family. I definitely would book this house again.

April beach vacation in North Topsail Besch

This beach home was perfect. The location is private. The home was clean, nice furniture and had everything you need for multiple families. I would highly recommend this home to all my friends and family. The sunrise could be seen from balcony. All my family loved staying here.

Outside we were still able to enjoy the beach at high tide which we were nervous about but it all worked out with the sand between our home and the neighbors. Beds were comfy. Convenience of the washer and dryer are always a nice touch. Crab hunting right under the house was a blast for the kids. We would definitely book again.

The driveway is nothing but sand. Make sure you have a 4-wheel drive vehicle to park in the driveway. The ocean views are great though.

Really fun location. Poor quality of advertised amenity such as ability to rinse off sand before entering the house. Literally sand will be everywhere inside. Poor response to no AC until Wednesday of the week.

Overall it was wonderful! The beach is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. I loved how we were able to sit under the house in the shade and the babies were still able to play in the sand comfortably. The house was lovely, the kitchen had all the necessary amenities. The glass railing on the porch offered unobstructed views of the beach. The down sides where the master bath shower did not drain well, the driveway has very deep sand but we have a 4X4 so it was not an issue for us. One of the older plastic Adirondack chairs broke when my son sat in it but thankfully he wasn’t hurt. Avoid the green ones. I will definitely book this house in the future, if the ocean doesn’t take the beautiful house.

House was nice but needs a little attention.

Loved the comfy beds and wonderfully stocked kitchen. Lights out front need to be replaced as it was a safety hazard. The top deck was great to sit on and the ocean view was great. You do lose almost all your beach at high tide. The fabric buried in the sand and big old sand bags really take away from the beach itself. When wading through the surf you could get wound up in them and trip. Iu

It was a nice place, and I would recommend. Had beautiful views. Right on the beach. The glass railing was amazing. But every place has its downfalls. Parking sucked. Said there was room for 3 vehicles, with all the sand blowing we only had room for 1 vehicle. We "think" we were in our driveway with our other vehicle. For some reason they never took the towels from previous renters. So, we had to walk around them every day. No beach access from deck, had to walk through the house to and from the beach. There wasn't much pressure from the faucet outside, so sand everywhere. The sliding glass doors were very hard to open and close

The views are magnificent! Well stocked with all the necessities. Nicely decorated. However, more of an ocean house than beach house. The 10 foot sand bags and waves under the house restricted any access to the beach. Without a four wheel drive vehicle, the driveway is not accessible if is not cleared of sand. We witnessed a garbage truck and another four wheel drive vehicle get stuck in the road due to the sand. We learned this is a problem with this property. We would not recommend this property to those who like family time on a beach and lacks a four wheel drive vehicle.

NEEDS SOME IMPROVEMENT

First of all I don’t remember seeing anywhere it said you need 4 wheel drive to get to the property because you do with it being off the black top the sand is thick and you will get stuck #2 Somebody needs to be responsible for taking the trash to the road on the days that the trash man comes because we had a full trashcan from day. One from the previous owner is not taking it to the Front of the house in the sand #3 Something needs to be done about the drain flies coming up through the sink #4 The weep holes in both of those sliding glass doors on the back porch on the kitchen level. The weep hose are stopped up, not allowing water to get out. We had an all day rain yesterday and water huddled back inside the house not good. #5 There’s no use and having that hot tub because the hot water is run out by the time you get enough in it to get in it Other than that, we had a pretty good stay

We shared your comments with the local manager who assured us that under amenities it is noted that a 4X4 is required year-round and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused your party. Additionally, trash cans are on a regular schedule to be pulled out twice a week and we're sorry the can was full upon your arrival. Your comments about the drain flies have been shared with the cleaners and they will be sure to remedy this as it is common this time of year, unfortunately. Thank you for bringing the weep holes in the slider and the hot tub to our attention and these items are scheduled to be addressed. DO NOT STAY HERE, DO NOT BOOK, YOU WILL REGRET IT!! I sit here writing this many days after the stay and these events taking place. I have had time to calm down and think and i still feel this angry to write an awful review. If no other reason but to spare another family the terrible awful experience of staying in this place. So i to this day have never received check in information. We arrived and had no way in the rental and the offices where closed. We got through with VRBO not the rental company and they where able to get a representative on call from the rental company. We (at this point outside the rental at 6pm) were given a code to get in the house through VRBO that did not work. We finally crawled through an open window to access the rental we paid for around 8 pm. As far as the rental company new we never got in and were left out in the driveway to rot. We then (after climbing in a window) discovered all the cockroaches within the unit. The home is also run down old and needing alot of care. The oven did not work and we lost alot of food because we are a big family and packed all our meals for the trip but couldnt prepare any of it. The dishwasher did not work. We were on the phone our entire stay, i mean everyday pulling teeth with all these issues and nothing ever happened. No help ever came, no information or rental confirmation (other than the receipt taking my money) has ever or was ever sent to us. The driveway is also a deep sand road YOU WILL GET STUCK!
