Welcome to Half Turn, a beautifully renovated oceanfront duplex perfectly located in the heart of Surf City. With five thoughtfully designed bedrooms, updated interiors, and direct beach access, this home offers the ideal blend of comfort, style, and convenience for your coastal getaway.

Enjoy two levels of oceanfront decks where you can take in sweeping views, sip your morning coffee, or unwind after a day in the sun. After the beach, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower before relaxing indoors or heading out to explore nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions—all just a short distance away.

The ground level features a private bedroom along with easy access to the outdoor spaces. The first level includes three additional bedrooms, a convenient laundry area, and access to a deck overlooking the ocean. Upstairs, the top floor serves as the main living space and is home to the primary suite. This level showcases a bright, open-concept layout with the living room, dining area, and kitchen, along with access to the upper deck with stunning ocean views—perfect for starting and ending your day.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals with ease, while the dining area provides ample seating for gathering together.

Guests also have access to a seasonal community pool, typically open from May through September 30th, offering another great spot to relax and cool off.

Half Turn Duplex is located in the center of the Surf City tourist district - close to retail, the pier, and shopping. The house has an incredible view of the Atlantic and easy access to the beach. The house was perfect for our large family.

There is direct beach access and beautiful views from 2 separate porches. The property is beautiful and close to alot of restaurants and other stores. The shared pool is nice but sometimes gets crowded when sharing with other properties but still nice to have. The king beds for adults a great ammenity. All was clean and alot of room. Would definately stay here again! 4.5 stars

Family fun with lots of amenities!

Beach house is located within walking distance to many stores, restaurants and the pier! This oceanfront beach house meets all family needs. The extra water hoses located on the balconies were extra handy for easy wash off prior to entering home. The pool was big enough for multiple family fun! Definitely appreciated the installed gates with latches on the opposite side when exiting, a huge safety feature for families with children. The elevator made transporting groceries or family members needs additional assistance extremely helpful! Highly recommend. Thanks for the fun memories made at this location!
