Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please make sure all doors are locked and exit via mudroom entryway. Press lock icon on keypad to lock up. All used dishes are to be loaded in dishwasher and start dishwasher.

Turn all 5 thermostats to 60 degrees in fall/winter or in summer turn off all air conditioners. Unplug all kitchen appliances.

Gather all used towels and bath mats and leave in bathroom on floor or in laundry baskets provided. Leave bedsheets on bed.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This seaside neighborhood of Bayside Shores is a welcoming escape. I have lived in the neighborhood my whole life and the area is quaint and inviting. So much to explore within minutes!

Bayside Shores is a short distance to the Narragansett Bay, Colt State Park, East Bay Bike Path and historic Downtown Bristol with so much to offer, from an array dining experiences, unique shopping boutiques, and tranquil waterfront parks. It’s a special place just waiting for you to experience it for yourself!

Bayside Escape is a well kept, spacious, clean 3 level home with 6 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 3 living rooms and large eat in kitchen. There is a playroom for the children as well. There is enough room for multiple families or couples looking for a vacation getaway or coming to RI for a destination event. Everyone can conveniently be in one place comfortably or escape to their own private quarters with a smart tv where they can relax away from the group. It is a cozy and comfortable home in any season waiting for your group to enjoy!
