Seawinds 502 - Come stay with us
PLEASE NOTE: There will be construction in the building estimated to begin the week of June 1st. The lobby will be getting a facelift and a new fitness center is being added near the outside pool area. In addition, new tile will be installed in the common areas on each floor.
Starting July 20 2026 through November 2026, stacks 1 and 2 will be improving the balconies based upon the recommendations of the engineering team. Noise will be intermittent throughout the day ending approximately 4:30 pm.
The balconies in the building are being repaired in accordance with the recommendations from the Structural Integrity Study performed in compliance with Florida law.
The crew will be working on the 01 and 02 stacks. My balcony was identified as needing repairs and will be closed from Aug 5 to approx October 31.
During this time the pool will be closed during the day from approximately 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. The pool is estimated to reopen during the day beginning the end of Sept. Access to the beach will be open.

You will be greeted in the lobby when you arrive by a member of my team. You do not have the hassle of trying to find a rental office to pick up your keys. A member of our team inspects the unit each week prior to your arrival to ensure the unit is ready and to our high quality standards.
The Seawinds is located on the southern end of the beautiful white-sand crescent beach of Marco Island. Being one of the closest condos to the water, the Seawinds provides the sights and sounds that make Florida's beaches so popular.
Our unit is on the 5th floor and faces the beach and ocean with unobstructed views. Enjoy panoramic beach scenery to the north and south, but the best views are those of sunset and the beach, directly to the west. Both the living areas and the master bedroom open to the lanai for unforgettable beach views.
The complex features swimming pool, whirlpool spa, tennis courts and pickleball nets. Nearby, enjoy fine restaurants, unique shops and nightly entertainment within walking distance.
Linens and towels provided, beach towels, beach chairs, flat screen TV's and cable in living room and both bedrooms, wifi. We have 2 coffee makers, a regular drip coffee and a Keurig.
Unit 502 finished a remodel in Nov 2018. King bed in Master with sleep number mattress, twin beds in second bedroom and a queen pull out sofa along with tile floors and 2 full baths. We recently purchased a new refrigerator, dishwasher and washer and dryer.
Cleaning - We have purchased additional stock of linens so that all bedspreads are cleaned each week before your arrival. All pillow shams, bedspreads, sheets and towels are washed between renters.
Our rentals run SATURDAY to SATURDAY due to the availability of my cleaning staff.
The laundry fee is refundable if the renter chooses to wash the sheets and towels used during their stay before check out. Renters may leave 1 load for cleaning service and get full refund of laundry fee.
There is a $50 parking fee that is charged by the building and Condo Association that goes towards security. This is not charged by me.
Note - Our unit is not large enough to accommodate motorized scooters inside the unit.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was very clean and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable throughout our trip. One of the highlights was the beautiful beach and the stunning sunset views from the balcony—truly unforgettable.The only downside was that it felt a bit small for our group of four, especially with two adult kids, but we were still able to make it work. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back again.
We've stayed at Sea Winds a few times and this unit has been our favorite. It's updated and had comfortable beds. Libbie and the management team were very responsive and helpful.

Perfect Every TimeThis was our third stay at Libbie’s condo, and it never disappoints! The unit is spotless, well-equipped, and has everything you need for easy beach days—wagon, chairs, umbrella, towels, and more. The ocean view from the balcony is incredible, and the location is close to restaurants and shops. Libbie and her team are always welcoming and make the process seamless. We can’t wait to return!
Libbie and her team are top notch. They are super responsive and the unit is beautiful. Impeccably remodeled with all that you need in the unit from kitchen stuff to board games for the kids to beach chairs and umbrellas in the outside storage closet. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
Very close to Oceanfront Beach. Beautifully decorated, board games for the entire family, comfortable and convenient. My 5 year old love the antique desk and toy chest!
Everything was great! Seawinds is my favorite place to stay. The condo was spotless, had everything we needed, and was obviously well maintained. It was nice having someone meet us in the lobby to make sure we got in ok and that everything was good. Great communication throughout! And the construction noise really wasn’t bad at all. We will definitely be back. Thank you everyone!

From Buffalo, NY and have been owners on Marco Island since 2007. We have twin boys. We started coming to Marco in the early 1990's because my husband loves to fish. We love the laid back atmosphere of Marco and the wonderful people on the island.
