- Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately
- Follow all condominium, beach, pool, and parking regulations
- Bikes are provided for guest use . Please return all bike keys before departure. Replacement cost for lost or missing bike keys is $200 per set.

- Pool area closed Sept 8 – Nov 1 (maintenance work)
- Please rinse off sand from your body, beach gear, shells, chairs, cooler, beach cart, and toys before entering the condo. Sand can damage floors, plumbing, and appliances.
- Please do not wash shells in the sink, as sand and debris can damage the garbage disposal.
- Pool and beach amenities are used at your own risk.
🐢Sea Turtle Protection (May 1 – October 31)
During turtle nesting season, all blinds must be fully closed by 9:00 PM each evening. Interior lights can disorient nesting turtles and hatchlings. Failure to comply may result in fines imposed by the condominium association.
🍽️ Food & Wildlife - Please do not leave food on the balcony, as it may attract birds and other wildlife. For the same reason, food is not permitted in the pool area.
Liability Notice - Guests use the condo and its amenities at their own risk. The owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. Children must always be supervised by an adult while on the balcony.
