House is on a quite cove for snorkeling and boating.
Landscaped grounds surround a 4 bedroom 4.5 bath house with multiple decks. Perfect for lounging to vie sunset and the water. One side of the dock is open to day docking or overnight dockage in calm seas. Two single kayaks for your use. *Property is half way to Bakers Bay from the Settlement and a short walk to ocean beach.. A bunk room below with outside bath and porch is available with extra fee.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please conserve water ( cistern/rain ). Please raise ac if leaving for the day..it will cool up quickly when return.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
First tank of diesel fuel for generator is on me , subsequent tanks will be on the renter. Worst case scenario for prolonged island outage.
All guests agree to follow welcome letter house rules upon arrival. Those rules are the same as it would apply to your own home and neighbors./
