Located in the East Riverside neighborhood in the Audubon Park / Tulane University area, this fully-furnished Executive Stay 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment/condo was designed for long term stays of 60-days to 6-months.

Located steps from historic Magazine Street, Valmont Cottage is conveniently located right in the middle one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Uptown New Orleans. Near Children’s, Touro, and Ochsner Baptist Hospitals. Walk to Whole Foods, PJ’s Coffee, and a handful of restaurants on Magazine Street. And for those lucky enough to be here during Carnival Season, several Mardi Gras Parades pass just a few feet away, including Muses, Hermes and others. Don;t want to battle crowds? Well, you can watch from the adorable front porch! We are 10 minutes from Tulane and Loyola by car, and public transportation is at the corner. We are walking distance to Tchoupitoulas, near a large grocer and more restaurants and services.

The kitchen is fully equipped with every tool imaginable, including a Keurig coffee maker, Crock Pot, baking ware, wine cooler and a cocktail bar, just to name a few. The large bathroom has as shower and a soaking tub and has plenty of storage options for you and your guests.

Blazingly fast fiber optic Wi-Fi can handle any remote work needs that you require. All utilities and taxes are included in the monthly rate.

But charm is Valmont through and through. The house has high-end furnishings, and is decorated old New Orleans-style, for comfort and enjoyment. We provide towels, extra sheets, indoor washer/dryer and an outdoor backyard common area space for use. Once you settle in, you won't want to leave!

Why they chose this property

The West Riverside neighborhood of New Orleans borders the area of Audubon Park to the West and the historic Garden District to the East. The area is quiet and welcoming and is full of shops, restaurants and cultural activities. If you are our guest during Mardi Gras, you will be treated to more than a few parades rolling down Magazine Street, just 75-feet from the front door.
