About Gary Noto

I am a second-generation Italian-American Denver native raised in Denver's North Berkley neighborhood.

I have a background in civil engineering and worked by profession as a Geographic Information Specialist in Asia for 15 years. After returning to the US I embarked on a 3-year, painstaking renovation of the Tremont Place House.

From my time overseas I gained an appreciation for Asian style and art, which is reflected in my home renovation design and decor.

I felt compelled to preserve this 130-year old house of rare architectural style to save a part of Denver's early history.

I treasure Denver's old neighborhoods and beautiful home architecture, which was a driving force in the passionate restoration this house.

I have a connection to the neighborhood from my childhood, from the time I would play in the back-yard of my Aunt's Curtis Park home just blocks away.

Great stay in Denver

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment! Location was great for our plans. Love that much of the original Victorian charm has been preserved with modern comforts. Lovely stained glass and iron work. The washer/dryer was very convenient. Great communication with the owner. Gary was prompt and helpful. Will definitely check availability for out next visit.

Great place to stay near downtown Denver

Very clean, comfortable flat about a 15-20 minute walk from downtown Denver. The unit is small but has been remodeled and space has been optimized so it feels open. Nicely furnished throughout and the deck is great, big and with a view of downtown. Parking is on the street but easy to find a space and a pass is provided. Owner responded quickly to any questions. When I return to Denver I will certainly try to stay here again.

The apartment was great! Much better than a hotel and a convenient location.

Our first time staying in a private property was a great experience. Loved the decor and the amenities. The place is warm and cozy- just right for my wife and I. We enjoyed the whole house audio, steam shower, and the rear deck. Gary was great and responded immediately when we failed to read the detailed manual and didn't know how to control the audio system. We would certainly consider staying again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely place!

Nice place, good location.

This is a lovely apartment. The repurposed trim, tile, etc. works really well. It feels spacious and the light is great. The deck is private and quite welcoming and comfortable. A home away from home.

Gary is also quite welcoming and accessible, if needed. Transitional neighborhood within walking distance to most everything (Union Station, Coors Field, 16th Street). Walton is 2 blocks away with light rail, retail and live music venues. The Rolling Pin bakery gets two thumbs up. Safeway is close by too in the other direction. The apartment, though, is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Parking on street was not a problem.

This place worked really well for the 2 of us on a short, cover a lot of ground, vacay in Denver.

We'll be back.
