Before You Leave: • Gather all trash and place it in the garage bins. • Make sure all dishes are clean or placed in the dishwasher. • Place used towels in the bathroom.
Checkout Time: Please check out by 11:00 a.m. so we can prepare for the next guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM and must be respected at all times. Please keep noise levels low to avoid disturbing neighbors.
Rooftop Hours: The rooftop area is available for use until 9:00 PM. Please keep noise to a minimum and be mindful of quiet hours.
Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house.
