We were thrilled we were able to find such a desirable home in an excellent area! We came to town to see a NFL game and felt the location was absolutely perfect. The home was very clean and super spacious enough for all of us to feel comfortable. We will definitely be booking again when we come back in a few months.

The TV in the master bedroom was inoperable for the entire time. Could not use the patio. Would like bath soap provided. The unit was in excellent condition and very comfortable. The upstairs balconies provided memorable views of downtown Charlotte. A lot of restaurants nearby.The owner was easy to communicate with and helpful on all available eateries and sights. A fine time.

Thanks David, there is no Porch on this home, just and entryway with furniture for decoration at the entrance to the home. Delighted you enjoyed the decks. We don't supply Shampoo products as noted in the listing, amenities and welcome messages! Apologies about the TV remote, unfortunately we can't always guarantee that technology won't have some issues but do our best to get it fixed ASAP.

Members of our youth sports team family stayed here for a tournament at the convention center and it was wonderful for that. Every bedroom had its own bathroom and everyone could spread out without being on top of each other. Plenty of things to do very close by and Peter's communication was great! If we are ever in Charlotte again, we would absolutely book again.

We had a sibling reunion in Charlotte and stayed in this beautiful home. It worked out perfectly. The location was great to get to downtown quickly as well other cute areas in the city. The host was unbelievably responsive, gracious and accommodating. The house met all our needs with a large, full kitchen and gathering area. Each of the four bedrooms was spacious and had it's own bathroom. The home was clean, bright and cheery. I would highly recommend this property, especially if you have 4 couples wanting to stay together.

The host communication was excellent as well as the Itinerary. However, this property was not luxurious at all. The write up made this property seem immaculate. Far from immaculate! The walls and stairs are in desperate need of painting. There were holes that had been puttied but not sanded or painted. The furniture was less than quality! The beds were super low, the comforters were cheap thin quilted with some having some sort of grease stains, the towels and wash clothes were very thin, cheap and didn’t not have matching sets. The furniture covers were sloppy looking. This property has great potential but needs major TLC! Exterior and Interior needs fresh coat of paint. Decks need to be replaced and stained. Quality furniture need to be purchased and an interior designer hired.The basement is earmarked for the owner, so guests aren’t allowed in that area. This makes the stay uncomfortable and feel u safe because you don’t know who has access to what door or if someone is there lurking down there…Also, I barely had sleep as the city noise and trains were very disruptive. I could hear every footstep and water flow on the floors above me. The shower in the double queen room is coming out of the wall! If I could have gotten a refund, I would have definitely gone to a hotel! Very disappointed in the property!

I’m sorry you were disappointed with the style of the home but the pictures are up to date and accurate. The staircase coming in does have some normal wear because they are the most used in the home. We paint annually. The towels are a mixture of white and grey, and there are multiple colors in wash cloths. Sometimes the cleaners don’t match them together but we’ve never had a complaint about that before. The home does have an owner space in the basement. It is disclosed in the listing. This space has a separate entrance from the outside, but remains unoccupied.

Clean modern and spacious home. Beds were comfortable, kitchen is great. Bathrooms look good (bring your own shower products). There is some noise from the road at the front. The photos of the house are very clear and accurate. Good communication and easy check in. Two front balconies are great for sunshine!

We were in town for a family wedding. The house was perfect for us. We each had our own rooms and bathroom. It was nice to hang out together in the living room. The only suggestion i have is that there be more seating room in the living room. The chairs are pretty but not very comfortable to watch movie in.
