Why they chose this property
This residential home essentially located right off of 99 and Herndon. Plenty of shopping within minutes, including entertainment like food and theater. The neighborhood is just a delight with little to no traffic and with a property being in a cul-de-sac a quiet neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
IN the backyard, it is set up for entertainment. Great lighting, TV for outside entertainment, and even a bar in the case of a celebration.
