Discover the ultimate retreat in the heart of Clovis - a spacious home with 6 bedrooms (2 on the main floor, 4 upstairs) and 3 full bathrooms (1 on the main floor, 2 upstairs) . Ideal for extended families, groups, or workspace needs, this residence comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests and has 10 beds. The house sits on an expansive 11,400 sq ft corner lot with large sized backyard. Embrace the winter vibes in our sauna, jacuzzi or next to the fireplace. Your perfect getaway awaits!

The space
A large gazebo, and an outdoor barbecue combine to make this home ideal for entertaining guests of all ages or just sit back and relax by the fire place, or wind down in our 4 person sauna or jacuzzi Corporate reservations are welcomed!!! Fast internet, a working desk and smart TVs are available for use. House is close to the Fresno International airport, to major Freeways and Avenues for an easy drive to 3 National Parks (Kings Canyon National Park, Sequoia National Park, and Yosemite National Park.

Everything we needed and more!

This was an EXCELLENT home for our group! The place is beautiful and meticulously well-kept inside and out! The bedrooms are well configured for a large group. The garage is huge with room to park and there is plenty of space inside and out for people to hang out. The kitchen is a little sparse, no potholders, foil and limited equipemnt but otherwise outstanding!

The house was great! The area is really nice and we used it as a launch pad to go explore the near by national parks. The owner was really great about responding to questions quickly.

Awesome family friendly backyard!

Lots of seating areas for a large group to eat and play games! All the beds were very comfortable and the linens were clean. No complaints from our family!

Great for large group! Many bedrooms with plenty of beds in each! Great amenities (hot tub/pool/sauna) lots of options for entertainment. Lots of area to spread out in the home. Enjoyed the snack and coffee options. David was great at communication and easy to work with. Our group felt welcome and it was easy check in/out! We will definitely stay again if we need a large house in the Fresno area!

Our family felt very comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. There is not enough cutlery in the kitchen for 11 people. The cushions in the outdoor area should be cleaned urgently (stains/animal hair). The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the time very much.

If I could reserve this lovely home again, I definitely would! The house was clean, inviting and filled with the necessary amenities. The host was readily available and provided information as needed. The grounds were well-kept and, if it was not winter, we would have used the pool, sauna, jacuzzi, patio and barbecue! I had a wonderful experience!👋😄

House needs a refresh

The house furniture is worn out and needs to be replaced.(Dining chairs were so uncomfortable that we took the couch pillows and put them on the chairs in order to sit on them) Carpeting is badly stained and needs replacement.AC did not work for 4 days and repairman only partially repaired it. Many things were broken and owner had to send a repairman over to fix the list of 8 items.There are no dressers for your clothes and only 3 hangers in each closet. I hated having to live out of a suitcase for the week.Owner was responsive but needs to put some money into making the house look as good as the pictures on the VRBO web site.

Nice house, good Location for visiting Yosemite & Sequoia NP

Our family rented this home with another family for our 7 day stay in Fresno. There were 10 of us total. There were plenty of beds for everyone and room to relax. We enjoyed grilling, utilizing the ping pong table, gazebo and pool. Slight inconvenience that the pool vacuum/cleaner wasn’t able to be removed and the kids had to swim around it. The house was clean and furnished well and was in a nice neighborhood, in close driving proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, and activities. Yosemite, Sequoia, and Kings Canyon National Parks were within an hour+ drive. The owner was responsive on questions, and we would recommend this home.

Relaxed family stay

My party of 12 with a couple toddlers had a relaxed weekend here. This property is average with decent sized rooms and enough bathrooms. The outdoor amenities are old and aging. The jacuzzi did not heat up to its max; sauna took a while to warm up and could barely fit one comfortably. No propane tanks neither in the grill nor the patio heater. Outdoor grill was unusable, greasy with cobwebs. Pool wasn’t heated and did not end up using it. We stayed indoors for the most part; so these issues did not bother us much. Decent location with access to a couple parks nearby and grocery stores.

Sunny Clovis

We are a Canadian family who were in Clovis for a couple of family events. We had 13 people in the home for half our stay and 11 for the rest. This was made up of three different families. The home worked perfectly for our needs! Each family shared a bathroom and we had enough beds for everyone to be comfortable. We spent lots of time in the large yard and enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, pong pong table and pool. We were supplied with plenty of towels, all bathrooms had blow dryers and hair shampoo/conditioner and soaps. Very nice touch. We found we the kitchen was well equipped for us to make our breakfasts/lunches etc. Dish soap, kitchen supplies were included. There was both a coffee maker and a Keurig machine. The garage was available for parking. We will definitely stay there again. A great place to stay as a home base when enjoying all the attractions in the Fresno and surrounding area.

Graduation Housing For Family

Home was very clean and comfortable. The kids loved the yard, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. The grass was not green so it didn’t look so great but I’m all about saving water!We needed a few more towels and owner had them brought over right away.Would definitely stay again if I had a large group!
