The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Self-check-out is 11:00 am. Housekeeping will be accessing the property immediately after your departure. When leaving the property, turn the power OFF AC and lights.
Garbage: dispose on tightening bags at the outdoor bin located in the kitchen hall behind the door. Dishes: Rinsing off dishes over food. Towels: Drop in the laundry area.
Beach items, remember to bring them back inside the unit, for the enjoyment of future visits.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Appreciate upkeep clean and the good care of the unit. Toilets avoid mishaps, do not flush excess paper, baby wipes, or women's towels.
Not allowed: Smoking, pets, gathering, or visitors inside the unit. Violation of our Policy may result in a fine. Quiet hrs: from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.
Sink disposal only food; NEVER plastics or solids. Dispose trash in tight bags in the bin outside the kitchen area, helps keep pleasant environment.

The building is conveniently located, with proximity to the island’s most prominent areas, and offers a variety of nightlife activities. Walking around is very appealing closer to restaurants, 24/7 supermarkets, coffee shops, schools, casinos, bars, stores, banks, hospitals, easy access to the highway, and with a few minute's drive to the airport, the historic Old San Juan, El Distrito Entertainment Convention Center, Condado Lagoon, SJ Juan Bay, the trendy area of Miramar, La Placita de Santurce and the Condado area.
