This roomy 3 bedroom home is in a prime Ocean City location. Clean, comfortable and inviting, you're only a short walk to the beautiful 22nd street beach and the quiet end of the boardwalk. A perfect place to start a bike ride, run, or a nice stroll down to the shops and boardwalk entertainment. This first floor home includes use of four beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys for the kids. There's so much to do here in Ocean City, but if you choose to stay in, there's a fully equiped kitchen, internet, games and books, DVD player and VCR, cable TV including HBO and sports package, so you won't miss a Phillie's game! We are right around the corner from Blitz's Market, Uncle Bill's Pancake House and Aunt Bettie's Ice Cream Shack. We provide two off-street parking spaces, storage for up to four bikes and have an enclosed outdoor shower. The covered front porch is the perfect spot to relax with your morning coffee or to unwind after a long day in the sun.

Owner is right around the corner in case you need anything!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was very clean and nicely laid out. The master bedroom was especially nice and roomy. We enjoyed the porch, especially the tree in bloom right next to it. Owner was pleasant to deal with and very responsive. Wifi didn't work well (didn't work at all in the bedrooms)- we communicated with the owner about this and she responded quickly and worked to fix but we had problems throughout our stay (we decided not to push it). Kitchen appliances could use an upgrade. Overall- pretty much as advertised, close to beach, nice space, great visit.

Absolutely incredible stay as always in Ocean City! Beautiful home in perfect location (close to beach and quiet end of the boardwalk). Big clean rooms, a lovely covered porch for outdoor meals, and open areas for a fun multi-generational trip. This is our third trip to this home and we can’t wait to come back in the future!!

Fantastic stay, again!

We stayed in this lovely house for a second year in a row! The location is perfect - a block and a half from the beach, Aunt Betty's ice cream and the quiet end of the boardwalk. The house is comfortable and clean and the kitchen stocked with all the gadgets you might need. There is a nice roomy shaded porch with a big picnic table for dinners outside. Everything is well maintained and the host is super responsive and helpful. Really a perfect spot for a family beach week.

Excellent week at the shore!

We had an excellent time at this property. The house was welcoming, clean, and spacious. The pictures do not do this place justice. The front deck was our favorite. The location was incredible, a one block walk to the beach, ice cream, coffee, donuts, and breakfast. Pam the owner is awesome! She was extremely communicative and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place

The place was lovely. Everything was very clean. Pam even had hand towels, hand soap, Toilet paper and paper towels, which are not always provided at other rentals. My favorite part of the house was the porch.

Wonderful location and comfortable space

We have been vacationing in Ocean City for many years and this property really was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Every room in the house was spacious and very nicely decorated. The porch was comfortable (really appreciated the cushioned seating!) and due to a strategically placed tree there was always some shade. The location is perfect - under two blocks to the beach and the entrance to the boardwalk. It was a pleasant twenty or so minute walk to the beginning of the commercial part of the boardwalk where the shops and rides are located. Also fantastic to be located so close to Aunt Betty's ice cream shop! Our multi generational family group ages 11 - 79 made the two block walk for ice cream almost every night of our stay. Finally the host Pam was super communicative and was flexible when we needed to change our arrival details. We would definitely love to stay here again on our next trip to Ocean City.

Great Stay

This was our 1st time renting in OCNJ, so we weren't sure what to expect. This home was perfect for our 1st time in OC. It is a 1st floor rental with plenty of room for our family of 6. The front porch was a perfect spot to start our mornings with our coffee. It had a large table to accommodate dinner outside and was the perfect spot to relax at night and listen to the ocean. It was an easy 2 block walk to beach access and the residential end of the boardwalk. The commercial end of the boardwalk is a pretty long walk. You may have to drive and park to enjoy some of the boardwalk activities. You can also walk to Nauti Donuts, Uncle Bills Pancake House, and Aunt Betty's Ice Cream. Unfortunately we were unable to meet with Pam, but she made herself available via phone if we needed anything. We would definitely rent this home again.

Amazing stay in OCNJ

The photos do not do this house justice! All the bedrooms are roomy and comfy, the outdoor deck comes with comfy chairs and dining table/chairs, the outdoor showers are great. The kitchen has everything you need. You cannot get a better location - Bob's pancake house, donuts and ice cream a 2 minute walk away, walk onto the boardwalk and beach. We will never rent another house in OCNJ!

Great house

Had a great week in the house. Two young kids, two adults, two grandparents and later an uncle. Plenty of space, very close to beach entrance at boardwalk. Excellent shaded front porch.

A Gold Coast Gem

I can't say enough good things about this property. Pam is the ultimate host. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything you would need for a fun week at the Shore, including beach chairs and sand toys for the kids. The place is decorated beautifully and very comfortable. The large front porch has plenty of room for relaxing with a cup of coffee, and a large table and chairs for outdoor meals. There are lots of books, games, and movies for those rainy days. A great deal of thought was put into making this a perfect place to spend a Shore vacation. An added benefit is the location - a block and a half from the boardwalk and beach in one direction, and a block and a half to Uncle Bills Pancake House, Aunt Betty's for ice cream, Blitz's market and Nauti Donuts (decadent BTW). I would recommend Pam's house for anyone who wants to have the perfect beach vacation.

Great vacation

The property is clean, has all of the basic necessities, and is in a fantastic location. The host was very responsive and the property is well maintained. Walking distance to the beach and boards, and right around the corner from Blitz’s, Uncle Bill’s, donuts and ice cream. Great value!

Owner communication was top notch. House location was perfection. Kitchen contained everything we needed! Seriously we have rented a ton of VRBO’s and this one checked all the boxes… and then some!

Relaxing and very clean!

We loved the house and had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for everyone and all the essentials were available. Chairs & umbrella were also a plus. Beach tags were not included but easy to purchase at $10 pp for the week. Great location to the beach and shopping. Wifi wasn't working but Pam helped solve the issue right away. We really enjoyed the porch, birds and some peace & quiet after a fun day at the beach or fun night at the boardwalk. Thank you for sharing your home Pam!

Great Location!

The location was great. Close to the beach and boardwalk without being in the center of it. Very quiet area. Walking distance to Uncle Bill's for breakfast and Aunt Betty's for ice cream. Very spacious rooms, great accommodations in the kitchen. Cozy and calm. Owner was very responsive.

We absolutely love this spot! We're close to the beach and boardwalk but still have a quiet location. This is a great place for families and our kids have loved growing up here.
