Multi-level home, AC, mountain views, near Loon. K0012 by LRS

This beautifully finished mountain home sits in Coolidge Falls, with spectacular views from just about every room of the Loon Mountain ski area about 0.25 miles away across the valley. On the entry-level, you will find a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a sofa, and a full attached bath. Also found on the entry-level are the laundry room with a washer and dryer, and access to the garage. The main living level is located on the second floor of the home. The main level offers open-concept living with exquisite pine floors throughout, a cathedral ceiling, and plenty of glass to enjoy the view. The living area offers a large flat-screen television and a spacious sofa. The kitchen has granite countertops, finished cabinets, high-end appliances, and a bar counter leading to the dining area making it a wonderful place to entertain family or friends. Directly off the living room is a sunroom, one of the coziest spots in the home. The front deck with its wonderful mountain view is accessed from the sunroom as is the back patio. The half bath and the primary bedroom with en-suite bath are also located on the main living level. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and air conditioning while the primary bath offers a glass-enclosed shower and a jetted tub. The third (top-most) level of the home holds three bedrooms and a full shared bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed and air conditioning, the second has a queen bed and air conditioning, and the third offers two twin beds and a set of bunk beds.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

A short-term swim/fitness membership can be purchased at The Nordic Inn Club, Mountain Club on Loon, or White Mountain Fitness.

Just like home

This was a great home to stay in while we were in NH, participating in a fundraiser - a hike for Alz! The home was lovely! Plenty of room to relax and not trip over each other. Beds were soo comfy, important after a hike!, kitchen well appointed and furnishings updated and lovely!

Vacation

The place we stayed at was perfect, beds could be a little more comfortable, but most places need more comfortable beds. The view was a million dollar view, great access to many activities. I would stay there again anytime. Thanks for getting us a wonderful place!!

Simply fantastic. Property as described… Location, cleanliness, amenities, everything in one place. Very well maintained, clean, and accessible. Prime location… mountains, rivers, hiking … could not ask for more. The property had absolutely everything you need, from board games, to utensils, to very comfortable beds and etc… Highly recommend.Very well suited for entire family of all age ranges. Worked perfectly for our family.

Family trip to Lincoln

We have mixed emotions about this house. The view is amazing but the property was lacking upkeep. Multiple issues from sand in the water from the kitchen sink, most dishes were chipped with sharp edges, several issues with windows not working properly and definitely needs an AC upgrade. In my opinion it was not worth the cost in its current condition. A few fixes and it would be amazing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this home 9 years ago, and although it definitely has aged, it was inviting to be in the same place. However, there were dishes, glasses and pots and utensils put away dirty. Behind doors and corners were not clean. The biggest dissapointment was the pool/gym access. When we were here 9 years ago, the pool was at loon and was beautiful and clean. The accommodations at the Nordic inn were very disappointing as it was not to the caliber as loon and we chose not to utilize them due to this. This was a great disappointment for the kids and the adults. We definitely made the best of it but it was not what we were expecting for the money we paid

Standalone condo with beautiful view

The large window in the living room gave a stunning view of loon Mountain as well. Everything was very clean. The furniture was ample and comfortable. The kitchen is wonderful and the pots and pans all very high quality. They were really perfect. Two main problems were a.) The grill and b.) at least one mattress was very uncomfortable. a.)This home needs a new grill. It kept shutting off while cooking even though we filled the tank. b.) At least one mattress on the top floor was very uncomfortable and should be replaced. Other reviews have mentioned both of these. I hope the prop management service addresses these, because otherwise, the house was quite perfect for us. (As an aside, we thought "air conditioning " in the amenities list meant central air. It has 3 splitter units in 3 bedrooms.)All in all, we enjoyed our stay and can recommend it highly. Lincoln is a lovely area with lots to do.

Annual Summer Family Get together

This property has amazing views and can house a lot of people. It was very clean and welcoming. The balcony and sunroom were by far our favorite rooms. Overall, a great place to stay. However, seeing that we had kids who needed naps and places to run, I wouldn't rent again since the proximity to the pool was not within walking distance. In addition, there was nowhere for the kids to run around and just "be". It is a place to eat together after a long day of play for sure. The hot tub and use of the grill were just teasers which were sad since our favorite part of summer is GRILLING! And getting in a hot tub after a long day of hiking and biking. Expensive too.. worth the money. IMO No thank you.
