Property has some safety concerns. Holes in the deck, front entrance wasn't cleared of leaves so a guest fell and severely sprained their ankle in a hole. Instead of giving us a number for insurance information host had to be gate keeper for all processes going forward. Nice property but be careful

Rick is a super host. He stayed connected the whole time. My family lived their stay and nicknamed the unit "The Tree House". There are some stairs, but even as a disabled combat veteran I was able to get up and down them with no issues.
