My husband and I recently stayed here because he needed to be in the San Diego area for an exam. It was an incredibly comfortable stay! We cooked dinner and breakfast during our time here and the kitchen was stocked appropriately. Bed was very comfortable as was the shower. Many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. 10 minute drive from the beach. Parking is easily accessible if that matters to you.

Beautiful Casita

The casita is beautiful and thoughtfully laid out. It is in a great location with One Paseo nearby for lunch/dinner and central to North or South County. Lina was amazing with communication and wants her tenants to have a great experience. Lastly, the casita is extremely clean and neat! No second thoughts on putting my or my family’s heads there.

Wonderful!

Beautiful home. Clean, safe, secure, quiet neighborhood, full of every amenity we needed for a family vacation that made us feel right at home even while away from home. Host responded to our needs immediately. And, special thanks for the beach chairs, towels and beach bag being available so we didn't have to worry about packing those items. We made some special family memories on this trip and staying at this beautiful home was a big part of it.

Exceeded Expectations

The accommodations really added to the enjoyment of our trip. It's located in a quiet, high-end neighborhood that is centrally located providing easy access to beaches, vacation sites, shopping, and freeways. This quest house was very clean, neat and well kept. It had everything we needed and more. Plus a great view of the ocean. The pictures don't do it justice. Lina was a very friendly, welcoming and accessible hostess. We're looking forward to our next visit. We'll always stay here when in San Diego.

Excellent!

This is a lovely home. It is quiet, comfortable, beautiful, and located in a great neighborhood. The location worked out nicely for my husband and me, as we did quite a bit of bicycling and were able to do a number of our rides right from the house. Other activities and attractions were convenient as well within a short drive. Lina is friendly and helpful and was always very prompt in communication. We hope to return!

Terrific unit

My wife and I stayed for three nights. Everything was perfect. The place was spotless. It was large enough to allow me to get up early, make coffee (provided by the host), and watch the morning news without disturbing my wife who was still sleeping. It was very easy to get from the unit to all the places we were going. We highly recommend it!

Needs a new mattress. Kitchen could use some more place settings. There isn't a comfortable place to sit and watch TV. And the Host accused us of breaking a glass door panel that was broken when we got there. Spoiled the whole stay

Peaceful, Safe, & Clean

We are always torn between hotels and rentals when traveling. Finding a place that is truly as descibed for both is always half chance. That being said, we are more than happy to report that everything about this rental is spot on accurate. The host delivers what is promised. For us the location was perfect. We tend to prefer a safe and calm retreat after a crazy day on the busy coast. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and provides a beautiful view of the coast. The house is very clean, in good condition, and to us perfectly sized for a couple. We saw no bugs, no mold, no questionable surfaces or linens, and no weird smells. It actually smelled clean when walking in. Everything inside is very organized and in good condition, including all appliances. The outdoor area is also very well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was perfect for me and my husband. It was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed.
