This was a cozy, clean and a perfect place for our two week stay in Simi Valley! The bedroom is nice size with a comfortable bed, the bathroom very nice, and we loved the fireplace in the kitchen and living area. We hope to stay there again on our next trip to CA to see our relatives!

Host was very easy to communicate with and very prompt with messaging. House was extremely clean and had all the necessities you would need for a stay away from home. Home is in a very nice, safe neighborhood and very conveniently located to all sorts of restaurants & places to shop. Will stay here again if I am ever in Simi Valley again!
