Conveniently located to all the Catskill Mountain ski areas, Hunter, Windham and Belleayre, but not at all too far from the trendy towns of Woodstock and Phoenicia. Great hiking trails all round. Open and inviting floor plan and 6 bedrooms with 4 full baths, and 4 futons ensures there will be enough room for your guests and all your entertaining. Elegant French Doors leads you to the master suite which boasts a sitting area and a gorgeous master bath providing a refuge. The master bath is equipped with an oversized soaking tub which has radiant heat in its base, a custom vanity, and detailed tile work. To create a cozy atmosphere this home provides a handcrafted stone fireplace along with a wood burning stove. For outdoor gatherings, a large wrap around deck on the main level, along with the lower level patio, provides plenty of space for fun and play. 200 Mbps High Speed WiFi just installed!!

Great friends get-together

This property was just what we were looking for. Close to the Mountain Jam Festival ,plenty of room, awesome surroundings, and private. We're already have talked about next year. I tried to upload more pictures but for some reason they wouldn't upload

Relaxing Stay

This was our second year my family had our girl’s weekend here! Just like last year, we were super happy with our stay. It’s such a serene, beautiful location. Just a quick drive to West Kill Brewery, located next to a mountain with spectacular views, where we enjoyed lunch. We spent the rest of the time at the house, perfect for our party of 8, to catch up and play games. The kitchen is well stocked, with plenty of plates, silverware, and serving items for our meals. The house is very cozy and beautiful. The owners are excellent with communication, checking in with us via the app to ensure a smooth check in and out process, yet are off site to give us privacy. We highly recommend this property and will look to book again next year!

Lovely Stay

Our family had a lovely weekend and stay. The house was clean and comfortable for a large group. We used the fire pit which was great for the chilly night and really enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. There’s also an open concept living and dining area which made it easy to socialize while we ate and relaxed.

Awesome place!

Remote, picturesque, amazing fire pit, close to creek and brewery. Well equipped for multi-generational visits. WiFi works great, zero service (which we loved!) would definitely stay here again!!!

Fantastic Stay

We had a wonderful time staying here for our annual family girls weekend in the Catskills. The house and the property are gorgeous. Only 10 minutes away from a favorite of ours, the West Kill Brewery. The house was spacious and easily fit our group of 7. We loved the pool table, the fireplace, and the coziness of the home. We would love to stay here again next year!

Family weekend

The house is perfect for our family get together. All the bedrooms are a nice size and the main living space is wonderful for family interaction. The host is easy to communicate with and accommodating.

Beautiful week in Westkill

If you are looking for a beautiful home in the Catskills to unwind then this is the place for you. We had 4 families - a total of 10 including 2 teens - and we had all the space we needed. We have been vacationing together for 8 years and this was by far the most well stocked, clean, spacious and accommodating rental. The house is conveniently located to many outdoor activities - bike rail trail, hiking and mountain biking. We enjoyed visiting the surrounding small towns where we discovered quaint shops and family friendly breweries - our favorites being the Westkill and Woodstock breweries just a short drive away. Farmers markets on the weekend gave us a chance to sample fresh produce and baked goods. We loved coming back to the house to prepare a meal in the amazing kitchen and then relaxed on the deck afterwards and ended the evening with making smores at the firepit or playing pool. The owner was wonderful with any questions or concerns and responded immediately before, during and after our stay. Would definitely recommend this property and we plan on returning in the future.

Great House - We'd stay again

House was perfect for two families (4 adults/5 kids). Enough space to spread out but also enough seating to all be together (this is often the most difficult thing to find when renting with large groups). House is well stocked and owners provide plenty of the basics - paper towels, toilet paper, even water bottles. There is a fair amount of spices and things to help you prepare your meals - maybe even a little too much. Beds and pillows were firm but comfortable and plenty of blankets. The property is beautiful.....remote but relatively close to ski mountains - which is why we were there. Owners were very accessible and checked in a few times to be sure we were okay One note, if you are going during winter weather, an AWD vehicle is highly recommended. The road to get to the house is steep. Overall great stay - we'd definitely stay again.

Lovely home, lovely property, great owner

Our extended family (8 of us) stayed here for a summer weekend and had a wonderful time. The house is in great shape, has everything you need for your stay and entertaining, and is situated in a beautiful, well-maintained forest property. The owner checked in frequently to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything. Very helpful and responsive.

Wow!! Beautiful home in the mountains. Stocked with everything you could need. Perfect for large families, plenty of space for everyone. Hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

Stellar experience

This property is worth every penny! A beautiful spacious chalet with a tranquil country feel. From the bedding to the towels, the serene woods surrounding the property to the fire pit, it was a dream. Tony could not have been more accommodating and stayed in touch before, during and after our stay. Great weekend unplugging! Five stars all the way around.
