We had a great stay! The bed was very comfortable, clean and the location was perfect. We loved being able to walk into town to explore the shops, grab coffee and a quick bite for lunch, you have to go to Bae’s Burgers if in town. We were only there for a few days for my niece’s wedding, but it was exactly what we needed. A wonderful place to stay in a great location. We would definitely recommend it!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review. We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay and were able to take advantage of the convenient location and everything downtown has to offer. Baird Burgers is the best! It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime you’re in the area.

This condo was perfect for our needs. We were I town for a family wedding at Lake Norman Yacht Club. The rooms were clean and spacious. I loved the many hangers in closest, so we could hang our suits and dresses. Our flight in to NC was canceled and rescheduled, so when I messaged Brett about it, he was quick to respond and helpful. I would rebook again; whenever we have family functions in the area.

We enjoyed this condo very much. The location was great to reach downtown Mooresville, and the nice, safe neighborhood was very walkable. All supplies were very well stocked, but the kitchen had absolutely everything you could ask for, from oil and a large variety of spices to an impressive amount of cookware & utensils. The host left some nice touches, like yummy gourmet cookies, a binder of area recs and a Brita water pitcher. One thing to note is the unit is on the corner of a busy street and there is some road noise, but nothing that kept us awake. The only thing that could be improved on is updating the bathrooms. None of these things would keep me from returning. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it.
