We have updated our listing description to clearly state that the garage is not available for use and to provide better guidance on parking options for larger groups. We have also stocked the home with additional plates, glassware, utensils, and cutlery to comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests, added extra toilet paper and paper towels, and added extra blankets to the downstairs bedroom and common areas for guests who need additional warmth. Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations. We take all reviews seriously and have already taken steps to address your concerns. We have added extra linens, pillows, blankets, and throw blankets to ensure all guests are comfortable regardless of group size. We have also stocked additional toilet paper and paper towels, and have added a checklist to make sure supplies are fully restocked between every stay. Regarding the electricity — a licensed electrician inspected the home and confirmed it was a tripped breaker, and updated the can lights to LED lights to help lighten the load. There are no underlying wiring issues and it has been addressed. We have also updated our listing description to clearly outline what is provided so future guests can plan accordingly. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention, as it helps us improve the experience for all of our guests.
