Waterfront 1-bedroom condo with Boat Dock

Unit is a first floor condo in a 55+ community, boat dock (25') and a 90 day minimum stay.
View of St Lucie river, on ground floor and very close to heated pool and Clubhouse! The unit boasts all tile floors, open kitchen/living room plan. Bedroom has a Queen size bed and walk in closet. Quiet and close to everything. Nice view of your personal boat dock for up to a 25' boat out the back. Sofa Bed in Living room opens to a queen size bed for guests. There is an HOA association so we do both a criminal and background check. The check takes about a week during this time, you'll need to read the rules. We also do a interview either on the phone or in person. There is a 100.00 fee for this. Also there is a 90 day minimum stay. For the winter months it’s 4 months is preferred but not required. All utilities and Cable included!
