Great location Great service

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, easily accessible to shops and gondola. Host was great at communication not a single complaint!

Cute place, but MUCH smaller than the photos show. Location was stellar, however. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

Thank you for staying with us while in Breckenridge, Elizabeth. Glad that you loved the convenient location on Main Street in the heart of town. As advertised on VRBO, this is a 400 sq. ft. condo for up to 4 guests. Even having an in-unit w/d is quite significant in this quaint space! We are a local, very present team, and we would have enhanced any sleeping area you felt uncomfortable in. We could have brought over a mattress topper, for instance. We did not hear from you regarding this during your stay. We hope to have you back again to provide our typical 10-star experience! -Range View Rentals

Quaint space in a great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Small space perfect for a single or couple trip. Great location! Older building so be prepared for a few squeaky floors. Limited ventilation due to radiator heating. Very responsive rental company. Nice amenities such as smart TV, bathroom products, washer/dryer and coffee maker.

Old and creaky

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's fine. Pretty small and the floors are really creaky. The base board heater in the bathroom was a little unpredictable. The cleaning lady was still there at time of check in, so we had to wait another hour. Also, there were a lot of long black hairs in some of the bedding/ rug (probably from the cleaning lady. The fold out couch is a joke and you should really only book this place if you're a couple willing to share the one bed.Despite all that the location is excellent. Gondola, main street, bars, and restaurants all within short walking distance. Easily the best attribute.
