★ Each bedroom features closet space and a dedicated air conditioning unit.

★ An additional luxury bath is centrally located in the hall that connects all four bedrooms.

★ The two bedrooms at the back of the house also offer access to the back deck.

★ Laundry room is located in the basement, which is accessed via the back stairs off the kitchen.

★ The smart lock is located on the back door, on the southwest corner of the home, closest to the parking area.
