Great place, very cute and eclectic. Just what we needed for a Murder Masquerade party for a sweet 16. Very spacious and clean. Quiet neighborhood besides us. Host was great also. Highly recommend.

We stayed for one night as two families: four parents and two toddlers. Plenty of room for people to sleep, with numerous standard beds and inflatable mattresses. We were able to safely accommodate our toddlers. Great kitchen!

Super beautiful property! We had an amazing time, I brought a group of 8 friends for a slumber party and festival event. Our host was great with communication and check in was easy. We made a ramen bar in the kitchen and had coffee in the morning together and really was all in all a great time. Loved that the rooms had extra bedding and beds so we didnt all have to share beds as well with such a large group, it was really a perfect birthday trip!

Ryan is a really great host and super nice guys. Things we enjoyed about the property: the vibes of the place were really cool. Ryan is great at communicating. Beds are really comfy. Kitchen is fully stocked with every thing you need. Location is pretty solid. If you have like even 5 or 6 people, I feel you would have plenty of space between the large living room, patio, dining room, and large bedrooms. The space is a really good space overall and would recommend to most guests. As pet friendly, I was assuming we would have direct access to the backyard but that was not the case. You have to go out the front and to the gate or down the backstairs but you can see into Ryan’s living space and that felt a little invasive. Also, the backyard had the garage side door open and the side back door open, so had to keep a sharp eye on our dogs. He also has his own dog which is outside most of the time and is super friendly and our dogs liked, but should be known for people who may have dogs that do not get along with other dogs. One of the main things we were hoping for was a fully enclosed, easy access back yard so this was a letdown, but could work with it. The stairs are dark, steep, and a little slippery but manageable for any capable adult or child. We had a plumbing issue but Ryan addressed it within five minutes of us calling him and had it fixed within a half hour.

Ryan the host was very responsive to questions and provided good information about the area. We loved the original woodwork, doors and the butlers pantry. They were true to the era of the house. The tile work for updating was beautifully done. The quality of amenities was as expected and the art and furnishings were eclectic and interesting. The shower was tall and had good water pressure. Close to food and entertainment.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is tucked in a quiet neighborhood but still a very short drive to downtown and anything you need. Ryan was more than accommodating.

Ryan greeted us upon arrival and walked us through the property. It's a beautiful Craftsman style apartment with plenty of room for a family. If you plan on cooking while there, I think he has every spice you want.
