Spacious & Fun: Two living areas offer plenty of room to relax and play. The main level features a bright open-concept living space with plenty of couches for the family, while the lower level includes a rock climbing wall a hit with kids and kids-at-heart! There are 4 bedrooms in the main house and one bedroom in the "treehouse" above the garage.

Gather Together: The large kitchen is fully equipped for group cooking and flows into a dining area with seating for 14 - perfect for family meals and game nights. After exploring, unwind on the deck with a glass of wine and take in the mountain sunset.

Sleeping Arrangements: 4 bedrooms in the main house and 1 bedroom in the treehouse.

We had a fabulous time at Pineview! Our hosts truly thought of everything and anticipated all of our needs. The kids had so much fun in the play room and the hot tub was so nice after skiing all day. I can’t recommend their beautiful home enough!

We had a fantastic stay at this home in Wintergreen. The mountain views were absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset from the deck. The house had plenty of space for our group and the layout worked really well for both relaxing and spending time together.The kids especially loved the climbing wall in the lower level, and the hot tub and firepit were perfect for winding down in the evenings. One of the highlights was being able to step right out the back and access the trail that connects to the Appalachian Trail — such a cool feature for anyone who enjoys hiking.The kitchen and dining area were great for big group meals, and the whole place was clean, comfortable, and well set up for larger families.Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay and a great base for enjoying the mountains. We would definitely come back!
