This furnished, cozy, and peaceful home is ideal for tenants seeking a scenic, quiet, long-term coastal retreat

Peak Season Rent: Approx. $5,000/month (Nov–Apr) with 3 month rental

Off-Season Rent: $1,850/month (May–Oct)
Year lease: $2,200/month

Special Offer: Additional Half Month Free if you rent for 6 months or more. Expires September 30, 2026. Minimum 1-month lease, longer-term preferred

Utilities/Fees: Electric covered up to $140/month, WiFi & Water included. Tenant pays tourism taxes and a $150 cleaning fee.
