Old Gudauri is a quieter, more traditional part of the resort, set just below the main slopes. The area offers easy access to lifts, small cafés, and ski services, while keeping a calm mountain vibe away from the busy New Gudauri crowds. Ideal for guests seeking convenience and peace.



Getting Around:

Getting around from Marshall Gudauri is easy. Various transit options are nearby. Parking is available. The main bus station is close, with connections to Tbilisi and other regions. Travel to Tbilisi International Airport (TBS) takes about 2-3 hours by car or taxi. Local taxis are available, and ride-sharing services may operate. Ask for current transit information.



Other Things to Note:

• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A fine will be applied if this rule is broken.

• Please take out all trash before check-out to keep the place tidy for the next guests.

• We provide a starter set of toiletries. For anything extra, shops are nearby.

• Report any damages right away. Costs may apply for repair or replacement.
