Great Location/ challenges with pests

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the decor, the location, and Seascape Resort overall. The condo was beautifully decorated, and the lazy river pool was definitely a favorite. We did drive to the beach because it was a fairly long walk; many guests rented golf carts, which would probably be helpful.Unfortunately, we had an ongoing issue with roaches during our stay. We saw multiple roaches of different sizes on three or four separate days, which was very unpleasant for me and my daughters. We contacted management several times and asked whether we could be moved, but we were told nothing else was available. Ultimately, they suggested that we purchase pest-control products ourselves and said they would reimburse us. We were disappointed that the issue was not handled more directly, especially while we were on vacation.There was a lot we genuinely enjoyed about the condo and resort, but because of the pest problem and the way it was addressed, we are unsure whether we would stay in this particular rental again.

The tip about golf carts for beach access is a great one too, and we'll keep that in mind for future guest communications. We're truly sorry to hear about the roach issue during your stay, and even more so that it wasn't resolved more directly when you raised it. Asking guests to purchase their own pest-control products while on vacation with family falls short of what you should be able to expect from us, and we understand why that was disappointing, especially with your daughters there too. We take pest concerns seriously and will be following up internally to make sure this is handled better going forward. We're grateful you took the time to share both what worked and what didn't, and we'd welcome the chance to make things right if you're ever open to giving us another try.

The condo was as pictured. It was nice. The pool was great. The only thing I would add was it wasn’t very furnished. It had no blow dryer no cookie sheets, pot holder or metal utensils for grilling outside. I would recommend adding a few more things to this. that’s just my suggestion.
