Welcome to Dolphin West, a beautiful beachfront retreat located in the desirable Bay to Breakers community. This spacious home offers five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 13 guests. With direct beach access, a screened porch, and multiple community amenities, Dolphin West is the perfect setting for a relaxing coastal getaway.

Indoor Comforts
The main level features an open layout with a living room, dining area, kitchen and half bathroom. The living room has a comfy sectional, wet bar with sink and standalone ice maker, and access to both the screened porch and balcony. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and bar seating for five in addition to a dining table for eight. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the walk-in laundry room for added convenience.

Sleeping Arrangements
- Bedroom 1 (2nd Floor): King bed, TV, private bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower; shared balcony access
- Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor): King bed, TV, private bathroom with walk-in shower; shared balcony access
- Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor): King bed, TV, shares hallway bathroom with walk-in shower
- Bedroom 4 (2nd Floor): Full bed and Twin bed (sleeps three), TV, shares hallway bathroom
- Bedroom 5 (1st Floor): Two Queen beds (sleeps four), TV, private bathroom with single vanity and tub/shower combo

About the Neighborhood - Bay to Breakers
Tucked away at the quiet end of Fort Morgan, Bay to Breakers offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Fort Morgan is known for its 14 miles of sugar-white beaches, and this community makes it easy to enjoy them all. Guests have access to two sparkling community pools, a private boardwalk to the Gulf, and a boardwalk leading directly to Mobile Bay. It’s the ideal spot to watch breathtaking sunsets and even catch a glimpse of dolphins playing in the water—a true coastal escape.

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
