Audrey was very communicative and easy to reach when we had a question. The location is close to the beach and it was nice to walk to nearby restaurants and to a Walmart. The apartment has a nice beachy decor and was clean.

I’m glad it was May and not too hot. The room never really got cool. Might need to invest in a real air conditioner. The floor was dirty glad we had flip flops. Easy beach access.

I’m so sorry the AC was not cold enough for you. Had we known we would have helped you set the remote to the correct setting. I also would have been happy to send housekeeping to clean the floors again for you. Of course the in and out to the beach from a week stay can bring in sand/dirt.

Property was very clean and there were so many nice bathroom and kitchen supplies we really appreciated. The space in particular around the kitchen was super small and I felt like I was always running into things or myself. AC unit didnt cool the best but it cooled down outside by the last couple nights so it was fine. The patio door has a little place where it gets stuck and one day trying to close it I pushed too hard and slammed my elbow in the wall. The main issue I had with the place is the overall safeness. I went walking a couple nights as I normally do after dinner and felt very unsafe. There was just quite a bit of riff raff hanging around the property. And towards the end of our stay unfortunately someone stole my son’s playstation from the trunk of my car and we had to call the police. Needless to say this was very upsetting. The front desk staff was super helpful with camera footage and police.

The location was excellent. Everything was within walking distance. The room was clean and we had a marvelous view of the pool from our balcony. It was family friendly environment. The instructions on how to access the key was clear as well as the location of the parking pass. This young lady is a great host. We can’t wait to return.
