The PIRATES COVE Inn & Marina (formerly Malu Lani) is quintessential "Old Florida" at its best!

"Pelican Porch" (Unit 4) is one of four fully furnished, 900 sq ft, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartments with a full kitchen with all the amenities of home. This apartment is on the 2nd level (left side) with a balcony and has beautiful waterfront views of a Pirates Cove. All units are exceptionally clean and well-maintained spaces. Each unit includes a boat slip, use of the on-site boat ramp and trailer parking.

We pay attention to details, this is NOT a "fish camp" but, we do host a lot of anglers and their boats. A large portion of our business consists of returning guests because are our Inn is truly second to none here on Pine Island...location, location, location! Being on the northern tip of Pine island allows for quick and easy access to all the boating and fishing hot spots!

When you’re not out on the water, it’s easy to relax on our beautiful grounds. We also have deeded access to the sandy shoreline of Charlotte Harbor (across the street) which is a wonderful spot to get your feet in the sand and enjoy Florida's second largest bay and estuary.

Other things to note:

When full or near capacity our available parking can be limited.

Boat ramp opening is 9’ 4"wide.

From beginning to end, our stay was fantastic. The apartment is situated on a nicely protected area with plenty of room for a boat. The view is lovely and the location is very quiet. During our visit, the weather was crazy with 40 mph winds and near freezing temps, but our cozy little apartment was a delight. Michelle answered our questions promptly and made sure we were happy with our stay. I somehow feel like I have made a friend although we have never actually met. The outdoor areas are very well kept with plenty of space to sit and enjoy the rare beauty of "old florida." We'll definitely stay here again.
