The Wadsworth House is full of historic character with modern upgrades. This space is ideal for a small group of friends or a family. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a meal or play a game of cards at the 6 person table. Next to the kitchen is a thoughtful tearoom where you can relax with a good book or watch your favorite show. From there you'll find the queen and full bedroom with a newly renovated bath. The master bedroom is privately nestled away on the 3rd floor with a spacious attached full bath. The driveway can accommodate 2-3 vehicles.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is full of charming historic Victorian homes dating back to the late 1800's. The convenient location can't be beat! Downtown is so close as well as the beaches. There's no need to drive anywhere.

What makes this property unique

The Wadsworth House is a historic boarding house that was home to the early workers of Traverse City. Later she became a home for women for much of her life before becoming an Inn in 2012. After closing the Inn during COVID for 5 years, we decided to change direction and open up the entire second floor as an apartment for families and groups to visit Traverse City.
