2 bedroom condo - great place and location

We met another couple in Traverse City and chose this condo. It was perfect. Great accommodations - plenty of space, everything worked and was as advertised. The mattresses could be better but it all worked. The hosts were great offering restaurant suggestions and tourism information The location was perfect - close to Front Street and downtown area - lots of places in walking distance including beach. We had a great time and would return to area and condo.

Excellent stay at the Traverse City Condo

Our family stayed two nights at John & Kelly’s condo. We had a wonderful experience. The communications were prompt and helpful. The condo was as advertised; very nice and practical. The location was excellent- just a few minutes from the beach and from Front and State streets. We would highly recommend this property!

TC visit from GA

My family and I had a wonderful time in TC! The unit was exactly as shown online and the location was perfect to walk the city. Communication was outstanding throughout the stay. Truly enjoyed the condo in every aspect. We even watched the fireworks from the balcony! We will definitely come back for another stay when we visit TC again!

Convenient

This property checked all the boxes for our first visit to Traverse City. Walkable distance to shopping, restaurants and water. Enough bathrooms for each couple, clean, easy to access and enjoy. We appreciated the easy check-in and the way the owner took care of our needs and responded to messages. Would definitely recommend to others when travelling to this area.

Great Location and Stay

Beautiful condo in Traverse City!

The condo was perfect, exactly as described. It’s within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. John and Kelly were great hosts. They communicated recommendations for breakfast and local events to us. We had an excellent time. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great condo

This condo was perfect for our family. Tons of space. They had everything you could possibly need to make your stay easy and comfortable. The bedrooms having their own full bathrooms was a plus as well. John and Kelly were quick to response back and would even send emails with suggestions of their favorite places(love that) it always great to hit up places the local go to. The location was perfect! A 5-10 walk to everything. Downtown, the beach and even a cute park just behind the condo. We will definitely be back.

Great Space and Welcoming owners.

This is an amazing space for a small family to stay in. It was very neat, clean and caters to its guest. I loved the fact that the house had games available for guests to play and my niece had the opportunity to read a book from the leave a book take a book section! The owners provided us with information on things to do and updated us with events that popped up during our stay! Overall great experience!

Perfect family spot

We have rented in this building before so we already knew what a perfect location it was, and this particular unit was perfect! The condo had everything we could have needed and more. Plenty of sheets and towels, shampoo/soaps in each shower, coffee pot and Keurig, plenty of dishes and cookware and the owners reached out throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s just a short walk to downtown, has a small beach directly across the street on one side and a great park on the other with a playground and basketball court. Short drive to old mission for wineries (if you’re bringing kids with you, (ours ranged from 10-13) Chateau Chantel sells their own sparkling grape juice that they enjoyed!). Less than 40 mins to sleeping bear dunes in Glen Arbor and about the same distance to Fish Town. We will definitely rent here again!

Everything was in order and we had NO issues. Just one suggestion living room chair needs upgrade. Sofa beautiful. Great instructions for everything.

Great condo in convenient location

Our family of four stayed here for the annual Cherry Cup soccer tournament. The property was perfect for us and we really appreciated having a condo with bedrooms, kitchen, and laundry for our weekend stay instead of a normal hotel room. The hosts were great to communicate with ahead of time and we found the property to be clean and well maintained. We will definitely look to stay here again!

The perfect getaway

My girlfriends and I stayed for a girl’s weekend. The condo was perfect! Perfect location, perfect setup, and very relaxing. We could walk downtown easily, had enough space that we weren’t on top of each other, and the condo was very nice. Would definitely stay there again!

We're two Traverse City locals that love to travel and explore. We've been all over the country and chose to reside in Traverse City. We are new parents, have dogs and chickens! The TC area has everything we love to do; hiking, biking, running, kiteboarding, skiing and biking and food! The local food scene in town and areas around is not to be missed. We are always able to give local suggestions on adventuring or dining. Hosting guests brings great joy to us as we have the ability to help make your stay wonderful.

This property is located within a short walk of Traverse City on the east side of town. It is close to many of our favorite restaurants and just a short walk away from the water. It's located on the second and third floor of the condo unit which ensures no one is stomping above you. There are Grand Traverse Bay views from the double balconies, which is a beautiful sight for drinking your favorite beverage and enjoying the sunset or watching the day go bye...

This particular condo complex is moments away from West Grand Traverse Bay, Down Town and an enjoyable little park. The food scene in Traverse City is not to be outdone by the excellent shopping, antiquing, hiking and adult beverages. We're near some great coffee shops and steps away from the Tart Trail that spans from the east side of Traverse City ( Bunker Hill) all the way to Suttons Bay. Rent a bike from a local shop and enjoy all the beauty and wineries along the ride.
