After years of vacationing all over Florida, we completely fell in love with this area, Anna Maria Island, Bradenton, and St. Petersburg truly stole our hearts.
Recently, we made the move permanent and relocated our family to Gulfport, just across the bridge. We brought along three of our children and our dog, River, who loves Florida life just as much as we do.
Laura works full-time, and I’m a retired teacher, well, semi-retired, because my new full-time job is making sure our guests are happy and have everything they need for a great stay! We truly love hosting and enjoy treating our guests like friends, helping create a relaxing and memorable vacation experience.

We chose this neighborhood because it’s the kind of place that feels like home—whether you’re here for a long weekend or an entire month. The neighborhood itself is friendly, welcoming, and full of amazing neighbors, which was important to us when choosing a place to host guests.
Lewis Park is just a block away, perfect for morning walks, relaxing afternoons, or time outdoors. From here, you’re a short drive to some of America’s best beaches, as well as a charming downtown filled with local shops, live music, and weekend markets.
The location also offers easy access to everything you might need, and it’s an ideal home base for exploring more of Florida. Theme parks like Disney, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Busch Gardens are all an easy day trip away.
We truly believe this area offers the best of both relaxation and adventure—and we’re excited to share it with you.
